Food: Is just amazing severed hot and fresh always! Plus you can see how they make it!Employees: Really polite and always have that smile on their faces which makes your day.
So far ordered here three times, and all three have been exceptional. The third time was an online Uber order and they didn't have an option for the milkshake so I wrote a note to change the ice cream sundae that i ordered for a milkshake instead and not only did they do it, they left a note with the shake that made my day. Love the food and the employees <33
I went here with some work colleagues. We had gourmet grilled cheese and a burger, all were excellent and very filling. Very clean location.
Went to another location and tried the poutine (which was good) so we thought we'd try some grilled cheese sandwiches. We tried the regular, a steak and cheese and then a mac and cheese. The regular (classic) was a bit on the dry side, otherwise they were good. The staff were very friendly, asked us how we were doing and if we were enjoying the food. Will return to try something else as they have many options.
Godfather sandwich was amazing along with chocolate milkshake. Food quality is great. Well mannered store.
Great Tasty Food... Reese Chocolate Shake was amazing. Poutine was fantastic.Prices are a bit too high and some staff are pretty grouchy... But I would definitely recommend trying this place at least once.

Food is okay, but service is horrible. Yesterday I went and ordered food for dine-in and sat down at a table. she tells me my orders ready and asks for my proof of vaccination( although the mandates had dropped at the time) after i spend 10 minutes asking her to scan my vaccine QR code she refuses saying they don’t accept the QR code ? So i show her an older proof saying I’m double-vaccinated. At that point I already regretted giving then my money, she asks for my license which I didn’t have and wouldn’t take any other form of ID. After me and my friend leave she continues to call a whole group of people from the back that come out and take over the dine-in area. What ? Who are these people if you are so strict about covid-19 regulations why do you have 4+ non-employee in the back

Will never go again. Complete rip off and the chicken sandwich tasted so processed and microwaved I tossed the majority of it. This was how many union rings they gave me.
