The meat is getting smaller buns are bigger I guess. Fries are always good..drivethrough is brutally slow. Never eat here unless I have my grandsons ..not the juicy burger they where in the good old days that's for sure
It was very good just the way I like it. They didn't skimp on the onions like some do.

Worst ever I stood in front of the counter for four minutes while people rang out there staff meals and left. So I finally ordered myself off those nasty never cleaned boards finally got my order and left got home and found out I was shorted two hash browns
We did a quick detour on our way to Niagara Falls. The pit stop was quick but the staff were friendly it was a little busy so our order took a couple minutes longer to order. The food came quickly though and it was good, a typical McDonalds experience.
I go through this drive thru every day let me tell you Monday to Friday the staff is great never mess up my order ever on the weekends that’s another story. They can get my tea right ever rare at best. One milk one sugar and I always get cream. Manger is very rude and said to me nothing I can do for that. I think they need training
Went threw the drive thru last night ordered a fish sandwich and quarter pounder both in combos and the fish was rock hard and cold, the beef was cold too. Surprisingly the fries were hot and fresh surprisingly. Can’t this be fixed some how by a free meal or refund because I was very unsatisfied by this.
This place used to be good about a year ago. I'm not sure what's happened to it. The last 2 times we went we got stuck in the drive-through for over 15 minutes. Today I decide to go inside to order a happy meal and and 2 latte's as we were on a time schedule. They gave me the happy meal and told me I'd have to wait for the Latte's. 10 minutes later they told me that they had to replace the milk in the machine and by now I'm getting a little fed up because my grandson had to get home to go to a birthday party and I want to give him lunch 1st. By the time I got the lattte's the happy meal was cold they had to replace it. By the time my grandson got his happy meal his mom came to pick him up and he didn't even get a chance to finish eating it. We will not be going back anytime soon to the Guelph line and upper middle McDonald's.
Horrible costumer service! My wife ordered online, but they didn’t let me pickup the order because she wasn’t with me. No solution was giving by the manager. I just canceled and left the store. Manager gets zero on problem resolution and zero on sales! This happened at 755pm on April 14.
Beyond busy, by far the busiest McDonalds I have ever seen, all day, all night.But they manage to get the food out within 5 minutes of order, every time.They cant always be perfectly cleanly during the day if the highschoolers mess up the place due to how busy they are.but they do well.
