Their coffee is really nice . The oy complaint is they dont carry salted butter for the begel. They used unsted butter which I dont like .
There were only 2 customers in the whole place, and the person who had my order decided to play around with it. Took way too long to get a simple order, should have given them an extra 30 min of my time so I didn't miss my train.
Worker closed the door in my face as I was trying to walk in. A “sorry we’re closed” would’ve been nice. Perhaps train your workers to have some common decency. Just a suggestion.
Went May 31st before my shift @ 3:55 am to order a coffee before work. I was told by a female staff member that they were doing breakfast change over and wouldn't be ready to serve until 4 am. I opted to leave at this point, albeit confused as this location touts itself as 24hrs, but whatever.I then went back June 1st after 4 am ensuring it was after their "breakfast changeover" time the following day, figured I would give it one more try and get a McDonalds coffee before work. I then was then told by the same female employee from May 31st it was "breakfast changeover time". I then asked her is this not a 24 hr McDonald's? All I wanted to do was order a McD's coffee before work, was that possible? . She then changed it to " I have no till" at this point. I was a little perplexed as this is day two and after the "breakfast changeover" time and I still was not being served. She proceeded tell me "all McDonalds do this and that I shouldn't come between 330 and 4 am." I proceeded to tell her it was after 4 am and this was the second day I had attended this location and was still denied service.I then informed her that that I would be reporting her to head office. I would have appreciated if this employee had checked her attitude and flippant tone and just not answered the drive thru if she was unwilling to serve customers. Instead she continued to answer over the course of two days and kept moving the goal post when it came to timelines of when she would serve customers. Im pretty annoyed to say the least and wont be wasting my time attending this location anymore.
Drive thru consistently sending to waiting parking spots the just few months. If you can't handle the traffic show down the orders
Person at the drive-thru register was super rude and swore at me for no apparent reason. The person at the next window was kind but it didn’t make the experience much better after the first person.
I wish just one time I could go to this McDonald’s and they give me a regular breakfast sandwich… for some reason the English muffins have been rock hard the past few times I’ve been.. like Rock hard crumbles into dust when you bite it. The location is convenient and that’s the only thing that saves this McDonald’s … I am surprised when someone here is actually nice and I’m extremely surprised when I don’t wait over 10 mins for a coffee to be made. Crazy here just skip it
Twice now I’ve ordered a Diet Coke in the drive thru and both times they gave me a regular coke. Good thing I’m not a diabetic. Also don’t like paying for an order that’s wrong & not cheap for a drink.
Service here is hit-or-miss. I often walk in and I am just left there at the desk with no service for several minutes. Seems like the drive to customers are more important than the customers in the store.
Just saw that McDonald's puts their profits over moral, dignity and self respect. While the war in Ukraine is intensifying they don't have the balls to pull their Russian locations. Just ate my last big mac . Losers!
