Pretty busy when we entered , no one at cashier to take order so had to use kiosk . Place in general had nice architecture and patio. But cleanliness is bad and tables not cleaned . Got our mango pineapple smoothie and left .
Great McDonald's, they shake their ice coffees and sometimes the drive through people say funny things and make my day.They also support Burlington's dancing man.Highly recommend visiting.
Who wants to start their day with Stale and Dry bagels? No thanks skip this place. Better on Burloak.
Exquisite drive thru experience at 2:30am, I am beyond impressed in regards to the quality of my McDouble and fries. I am very pleased to say that I am looking forward to returning to this establishment again.
Pawan and Scott are the best employees I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. With 7 employees missing, they are running the show. Took no more than 2 mins to get my full order ready with a smile. Promote them infinitely.
I just ordered here 8:03pm today, 5 drinks with muffin and these people took our orders correct, and we payed after. We move in the other window the lady said they didn't charge us for muffin. We ask her for the receipt but seems like she doesn't want to give it to us. If they are in the rush we are too. A lot of people working there, but can't even get the orders correct.
It honestly so upsetting when the price of a burger goes up and you expect something fresh and delicious and you get this. Like why am I spending more money on something that looks like this. I would have been better off spending less money on a MCdouble to get the same amount of toppings… very disappointing because this isn’t the first time… I guess I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll go else where like burger king .
Worst service ever. After waiting in the drive through for about 10 minutes, I arrived to place my order, 3 vehicles on the other lane got served and then the girl came on. I asked her how was the other lane was being served faster, she was like what? I repeated myself to which she said she can’t hear me, so I told her I didn’t want to place an order and I just wanted to get out of the line. She then sarcastically laughed and said good luck with that. Really poor service, wish I could have given a zero
This mcdonald's location is horrible. Consistent issues with orders. I can honestly say that every order I've had from there has had an error. Always an error with my kids happy meals. Always an error with items for myself. Horrible service. In addition to oder errors, I found out today they make their breakfast burritos the day before and just reheat them. If you are interested in eating yesterday's reheats and rolling the dice with your order, then this is the place to go.
These guys consistently get orders wrong, send the wrong things if you order through UberEats and make you wait 10-15 mins for a coffee. 1/10 times that I order from them do I receive even a straw for my drink, even when I click "add utensils". One time I ordered entire meals for me and my girl and what I received was 2 coffees. I went to the store to return them and get my order and what I was told is "the uber driver must have asked for the wrong order" as if that were possible. Overall the least appealing McDonalds to order from, but I'll continue to go as it's the closest one to me.Their night crew is a God send. They consistently get everything right and never make you wait longer than necessary. I understand that during the day they may have breakfast and lunch rushes but with so many employees on site at any given time you'd think they'd be a little more organized in their operations. Oh well. I'm lovin' it.
