Terrible terrible place. Visited once last summer and now July 2022 and it is DISGUSTING. Considering calling food safety on them.Ice creams are soft, cones are stale and there are flies all around the rotting fruit.No association with this company or location , just the truth is all
Two of the three freezers were already closed when I arrived more than an hour before the store was scheduled to close. The cold stone was covered in syrup and other toppings from previous orders and there was no clean place for the staff to work. My friend and I were the only customers in the store other than two annoying ladies and their kids. I got gross syrup that I didn't want mixed into my ice cream. Staff was pleasant and ice cream tasted good, despite the remnants of earlier orders. Did not help that the two women having a very loud conversation in the store with complete disregard for other customers, or that their children were causing a ruckus in the store. I usually love coming here but this was a terrible experience. I hope the next time I go back it will be better.
We went inside and the worker was working alone at a very slow pace not knowing what he’s doing, it took him so long to just make one icecream for one customer. It is clear that he is not trained and wasn’t ready for the job. We left disappointed and empty handedEDIT: we came back approximately 5 hours later to give them another chance and now there were 3 female workers serving people very fast and this time we left the store happily with icecream. Thank you very much.
Just left this location--saw a family of three go in when I pulled up so I gave them a few minutes as I had read how slow service is. When I went in I saw one person behind the counter helping this family. I saw another employee walk to the kitchen area. I waited in line about 5 mins when the employee helping the family was on their second order(he was moving pretty slow..). I saw him pop into the door way of the kitchen to I assume, let them know there was another customer waiting. I gave them another couple of minutes, then asked if the lady in the back was going to come out to help. He said "no, she's busy doing stuff". Hmm ok, fine but never in the history of customer service have I ever been told to leave customers waiting. Get them taken care of and get them out the door. Not here. I just left. Not the guys fault at all. I just expected the other employee to help him out. I went to dairy Queen! The reviews about this location are 100% accurate!
This location has old ice cream sitting in the freezer with freezer burns. Lots of empty tubs. Looks abit depressing. Koodos to the one worker that was working hard on his own. This establishment is run by a very cheap owner. The ice cream tasted like it was abit stale, definitely old product.
We all loved our ice cream with unlimited mixins and waffle cones. Good to the last drop! Also used my frequency card and got one for free, yay!
Extremely disappointing, don’t waste your time and visit maybe the McDonald’s drive through. Wasted an evening here with family waiting ridiculously long line, store is dirty and disorganized. What made this experience especially bad was trying to explain to the clerk that their machine wasn’t connecting and taking payment from an attempt of several cards and proceeded to laugh in customers face. Inhuman and laughable service. Go anywhere else in Burlington for your ice cream.
The service was absolutely terrible. They were out of half of the toppings/sauces, they didn’t switch the paddles between customers which led to unwanted sauces in my order, they were very slow throughout the entire process and to make matters even worse, I found a hair in my ice cream. For the price of the ice cream I expect a lot better. Save your money and go somewhere else.
our ice cream was hastily mixed for at most 10 seconds... it was still so liquid it was like a bowl of chocolate soup. all the add-ins were not evenly mixed and just all grouped together on one side. I paid $9 for disappointment i think i could get better tasting ice cream from mcdonalds
I been to lots of marble slabs in the gta. But this one was the worst. Only one staff to all these orders. My ice cream was crosscontaminated with a prior order ahead of me that was pink ice cream. I asked if they can do it on a new section which there was clearly space they said no. The waffle cones taste like cardboard. Never going back.
