This place is very big with lots of stores to visit. They have stairs, escalator, and elevator to use. They do have a food court to sit down and a variety of fast food restaurants to choose from on the second floor. They have benches and chairs to sit down to rest.They do have Public Washrooms, Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots. Their free parking lot is very big. They have several entrances to get in and out from the road. Also, to get in and out of the Mall.One thing I like about this place, I get to meet people that work in these stores. They are very nice to talk to. They're very helpful.

This mall deserves 5 stars just for allowing small pets (as long as they’re “carried at all times”).I’ve never come across another major mall that explicitly states that they welcome dogs, but Mapleview actually has this on their website!I don’t make a habit of bringing my dog while out shopping but there are occasional times where I’d like to run a quick errand at the mall while out walking my dog. This really makes life a lot easier for pet owners. So thanks Mapleview!
My wife and I were able to sit down and have coffee for the first time after the pandemic. It is a very big center and you can find all kinds of products, except furniture. Prices are good not too expensive. There are goods that you can find more affordable prices, but they are of good quality.
A good range from options, some of the best brands all under one roof. Choice of restaurants and food drinks. Ample parking, nicely maintained and convenient location. It gets an Amit score of 4.

I was disgusted with the lack of Professionalism exhibited by the Guest Service woman working on Sunday February 27, 2022. She was rude, closed earlier than 5:00 pm, and didn’t care that I had a Birthday party for an 85 year old woman. I truly have never be so mortified by ones behaviour especially working in Guest Services.
Enjoyed walking and shopping the mall, was a bit surprised that none of the mall escalators were working while we were there so it added a bit extra calorie burn to the day (not complaining and well needed)
I love this mall and have been going here since I was just a kid. Staff in most stores are super-friendly, and are always ready to assist their customers. Unfortunately though, I have seen a lot of people with their masks down while walking from store to store. I wish that they would have people to remind people to keep their mask up during these unfortunate times.
