Love visiting Lola’s!!Great spot to get coffee and sweets ?Staff is incredibly nice and service is amazing

Such a cute and cozy coffee shop in the heart of Burlington, at Village Square. We had the Irish cream latte and traditional Bosnian coffee, which were both spot on, and their brownies were rich and chewy. Wifi is available if you'd like to work from the cafe while enjoying great drinks and bakeries.

the drinking chocolate is awesome!

This is a wonderful cafe to enjoy sweets and treats beyond coffee. They have fantastic drinking chocolate and other confectionery worthy of gifts and treats. They also have upstairs seating and used to have a selection of board games. It's nestled in the heart of the downtown village with outdoor cobble stone court yard. Parking is plenty. May not exactly be wheelchair friendly but worth the visit! Such a great place to get away and watch the world go by.

What a deliciousness in every bite. My gift was made beautifully, and included macaroons and chocolate. Chocolate is hand crafted, and the taste is superior.Macaroons are done to perfection, Lemon is my favorite ? will definitely visit soon.

This cute shop is a bit hidden but it's a cute gem once it's found. We had gelato, cheesecake and hot chocolates. They're yummy and the cheesecake is not overly sweet. Staff are friendly and seems like they're happy to be there. Ambiance of the place is cozy- very cute.

Best place in Burlington to have some good time with your friends. They serve with love and always carry smiles on their faces. A good hangout place in a cozy environment.

Loved this quaint little dessert place. Brian was amazingly kind and nice.best customer service ever !!!Have great desserts and coffee :)

Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude employees and managers, I waited over 10 minutes for a simple latte that cost over $5. I also got a scone and asked for it heated up and it tasted expired, they advertise everything as fresh but everything tastes like regular Tim Hortons food (actually much worse). When I finally got my latte it was cold and tasted like regular old drip coffee it was the worst latte I have ever had (even Tim Hortons coffee tastes better). Would not recommend to anyone, they are scamming. When I asked for a refund or to remake my drink and scone they said no and started arguing with me. I had a horrible experience, would encourage people to stay away. I went there multiple times and each time I was severely disappointed.

One of my favourite cafes. The staff is super friendly and polite. 5 star for the service and food. The drinking chocolate is pure chocolate I ever had. I also tried bon bons which was just so great. Highly recommended place
