Came here at Lava pizza and we ordered butter chicken poutine and samosa chat. Found this samosa burnt in the chat you can see this black part. Was not able to eat it.Thats not fair if you guys already see it why are you giving it to customer mean you don’t respect the customer

I ordered pizza for both my kids birthday. I pre-booked for a certain time. Food arrived on time and nice and hot. Reasonably priced also. Will definitely order again.
One of the top pizzas in Burlington, and wings are great too! You can tell they use quality ingredients and I’ve always gotten a generous amount of toppings. 10/10
Good pizza, we had the Shawarma pizza and it was really good. It's a take out place that also does delivery. They sure know their pizza and they make some of the best pizza around the city. They also have another location in Hamilton that is equally as good.
Not great shawarma pizza I've had it at both hamilton locations and its much better. I've never had shawarma with olives before. Disappointing pizza.In response to their reply I would love to know what was false information. I said the pizza at other locations is better and yours was not great pizza and I have never had shawarma with olives before. I didn't say you didn't have olives on yours just that I have never had a shawarma with olives before. If all locations have changed the pizza to have olives this is me simply saying it's not great on it. And didn't ask for a refund or new pizza after I called and you told me it comes with olives as this was not your mistake. My review stated that the pizza was good not great and the other locations were better. I changed my rating to three stars after trying it I have now changed to one for the reply.
Just wanted to let everyone know that the delivery man Mr. Patel showed excellent customer service over the phone and in person! Mr. Patel acknowledged forgetting the garlic bread from our previous delivery over the phone and apologized. It was nice to hear that. Before Mr. Patel delivered last nights order while taking it over the phone he reassured me that everything would be there and the food would be cooked to perfection! Mr. Patel didn't break his promise. While confirming our address he even asked if our house was with a certain make and colour car! I couldn't believe he remembered because we have only ordered a few times since we are new to Burlington. Thank you Mr. Patel, it's people like you that keep customers coming back!P.S.That was by far the best panz I have EVER HAD and it definitely won't be my last.
Ordered a small indian style pizza only thing i can taste is cilantro thats too much on the pizza nothing elseHorrible experience

This was my 1st time ordering from Lava after friends recommended them and I was not disappointed!! Ordered pizza and wings and soooo good!! Delivery guy was super nice too? I even called the store after we had eaten to tell them how hot and fresh everything was…great work Lava pizza!!
