Nothing left the family was very happy with the quality of the food. KFC locations I find are hit or miss and this location is best KFC in Burlington. And customer service was fast friendly and helpful food Kobe everyone, especially the lady in back packing orders she was busy but crushing it.
3rd time doing drive thru in this location and orders get mixed up.Ordered the bucket and parts are a bit small sized pieces.Might skip this location next time.
Shoutout to the brown guys workin here! Thanks mates. Every single time I pull up my car, you guys make my day. Not just by serving vastly but also if something is not right with the order, they will feel like their own order was messed up. They even take care of their skip driver if you know what I mean?. Thank you so much to the manager for hiring such friendly and courteous staff.
Honestly, this was the best KFC I have ever had. It was perfect in every way. The KFC I have in Barrie is absolutely horrible, so when I was in Oakville, I figured it had to be good. I wasn't wrong!
Tried to pick up a bucket of chicken on a Saturday evening to bring home for a late dinner and was told “Sorry our cook went home early so we don’t have any chicken…” Ummmm sorry - what the heck are you selling then? Chicken is your primary product! Worst location ever!
Good fare...the usual KFC menu. Fast food @ drive-thru.
Was just at this location and they ran out of small containers for gravy so they wouldn’t fill half way and charge me for a small they give me this large container of gravy and charged me for a large. kFC if you run out of sizes you can’t charge them for large because they can’t order
They ran a promotion for "toony Tuesday" but of course the fine print required you to use their app.... Their app that was down for maintenance. Meal wound up costing more as they would not honour the promotion in store. Got a refund
