I had a great meal with my family of 4 last week at Kelsey's North Burlington. It was wing night so we just had to indulge and they did not disappoint. Our server was called Amy and she was fantastic, she made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure that our experience at Kelsey's was 100%.
It was too hot to cook so my son and I came in for dinner Friday night to this location. The food at Kelseys never disappoints ! Our server was Amy and we had great service. She recommended items on the "newer" menu we hadn't tried before. We really enjoyed our meals. We will be back to this location for the service alone.
We arrived on time. Waited 10 minutes before being seated even though there were empty tables. Ordered appetizers, ok. Mains were burger and fries, shrimp and steak, and salmon. Burger and fries , as expected . Salmon was tasty but the carrots seemed to be uncooked. Steak dinners, well what can I say. We ordered medium rare, had difficulty slicing with a steak knife and had trouble sticking in a fork. Inedible! And again the veggies were undercooked. I had a Caesar salad which was lettuce and croutons. A baked potato was ordered but they didnât have any? Dessert were ok. Overall a very disappointing experience and the cost in excess of $180. We will not be returning.
Went for wing night with the family, and we got seated in Emily’s section. What an experience. She was attentive, efficient and most of all very personable. Aside from the delicious wings and apps we had, she really topped off the night. Seems like she really enjoys what she does and it shows! 10/10 will be back and request Emily!!
My husband and I went out to dinner on Thursday night and we had such a great experience that I had to take the time to write a review. We had such a lovely server! Emily went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated it. She was quick, efficient and very helpful. We will be back and we hope Emily is working that day!
We just wanted to mention that we were in for dinner at this location on Wed June 1st, and we were very impressed with our server Emily. Also the food was fantastic, hot, fresh, and tasty. We will definitely be coming back, and recommending this location to our family and friends.
I brought our family out for dinner to this location, as I didn't want to cook! Sat down and was greeted by a lovely server by the name of Emily. Compassionate and understanding with regards to a hectic day I had. Service was excellent, food was delicious. Thank you to our server Emily for making my night stress free. Definitely will be coming back to this location, and hope to have the same server!
Went to Kelsey’s for wing night with my family ! Service was fantastic, the food was great! Our server was Emily , and she was a Blast! She was quick and efficient! She took the time to talk to my son and got him laughing pretty hard! Hubby and I really enjoyed the evening as a family and our server made it even more enjoyable! 10/10 would go back!
The reservation was placed for 6 pm. We called at 5:45 pm to make an update. Upon arrival, we were advised that the restaurant was closing at 6:30 pm. Why would you not indicate that during the phone conversation so we didn't have to waste our time to enter and be turned away! Some common sense was lacking with the call taker.
Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was good. Music too loud.
