Jack Astor's never disappoints! The Burlington location staff is so welcoming and friendly, and if you're lucky enough to be taken care of by Danny, you are in for a real treat!The food is always fresh, especially the chicken fingers (highly recommend getting them tossed in the Stinging Bee sauce!). Pan bread is a must, and the new dessert menu is what dreams are made of.
Very happy ?? food is consistent with all other Jack Astor’s locations. The Murphy’s stout is cold and crisp. Staff was friendly and the place is clean. I’m a fan and will return to this chain again and again.
My wife and I had an incredible time at Jacks as per usual. Allie was the perfect waitress! She greeted us with a smile and had great energy through the evening and our glass was always full. The meal was spectacular. Nachos covered with a double order of chicken fingers sauced in honey garlic! The kitchen is always accommodating to our unusual request. We will definitely be back. Any time I’ve been to this location of Jack Astor’s I’ve sat in the bar area. The regular bartender Danny is absolutely outstanding! His service is impeccable. He always greets you with a smile and engages you in great conversation. He never leaves you waiting long to order and once he meets you once, won’t forget your name. My experience with the rest of the staff over the years has been nothing but positive as well. It seems like they do a great job hiring individuals who do their jobs very well and treat their customers with excellence. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
First time visiting this location in years. Recently stopped in for nachos and some pints with a few of the lads. Was impressed with not only the quality of the food, but was extremely impressed with the quality of service. Our server Allie was very genuine and professional. She continually visited the table with a big smile to make sure everything was to our liking. Too bad we cant make reservations for a server when we visit! Will definitely be back soon.
What an experience!At first, they ran out of Coors original, so I was a little disappointed. Then, my friend ordered chicken wings, but they didn’t have any. He started losing it on our server, however the server (Her name was Allie) completely diffused the situation. Cool, calm, and collected. She offered us chicken fingers instead, which were delicious. Allie really resuscitated the situation and made our experience memorable. I will be coming back!!
We continue to come to this location as we always feel like home! Danny our regular bartender/server is amazing! Always remembers our orders and treats us like family! Food is great as well! Best chicken fingers and wings!!

Theirs mocktail and steak are so tasty. And servers are very friendly as well. Overview is a good experience for dinner in nice environment.
