First time visiting this establishment and will admit I wasn’t expecting much. I was wrong, the service was friendly and fast. Great wine selection, good menu options and not overly pricey. Group of 4 each ordered different pizzas and all arrived at the same time, hot and done perfectly. Appetizers were fried and grilled calamari, again hot, and at the same time and decent portions. We also ordered a bruschetta, it was ok but definitely not something we would order again. Will definitely return to sample more items from the menu.
First time here.. ordered our meals, drinks… appetizer. Drinks served, Bruschetta brought to table… we each had a piece. Husbands second slice as he took a couple of bites, an ear wig fell to his plate.. a LIVE ear wig. I killed it with a fork… notified manager..an apology and she comped the bruschetta as well as our drink we each had. We canceled our meal order and left. An apology? Gee, maybe better attention to cleaning is on order…. Ear wigs in food? Super gross.
First time ever going to Industria with some family members. We had a reservation, and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our drinks were delivered as we perused the menu . Bruschetta was ordered as an appetizer as we waited for our dinner. Three of us had a piece of bruschetta.. and as my husband took a bite of his second slice, an ear wig dropped from the bottom of it onto his plate. I managed to kill it with a fork..The waitress had the manager come to our table. She apologized. We canceled our meals and she said she would take care of our 3 drinks and cost of bruschetta. We left. I am so grossed out when I think of it.. Absolutely disgusting. Poor kitchen cleanliness obviously.
Decent Italian food and friendly staff. The place is well maintained and I didn’t leave disappointed. However, I couldn’t shake the feeling of being in a higher end version of East Side Mario’s. Always an option, but there are some great Italian restaurants in the area.
Pasta and pizza taste very fresh! I like how they make it (at least the pizza) in front of you with the giant oven. The portions are generous without losing flavour and so you will be full!! Very pretty presentation of food, and they have a bomb Nutella creme Brulee ?
Industria is a beautiful Italian restaurant well appointed and decorated. It is quite large and can be somewhat noisy. Known for their amazing pizzas. This time I had the seafood spaghetti which was delicious. Pasta was slightly over cooked but the seafood portion was generous and sauce was delish. Service was very good! Appreciate the open concept kitchen as well!
It is a nice large place with outdoor patio and large dine in area as well. We ordered the mozzarella balls and calamari. The calamari was good but mozzarella balls seemed runny for some reason. The tagliatelle portions were large but little bland. The chicken wings were a little dry. The Margherita and Cabrese pizza were good. All in all a good experience to hang out with friends or family.
Great Italian place for Woodfired Pizzas, Apps and Pasta options.Great ambience and good food! Service was a bit slow for my liking, without even full packed floor.Slightly on the expensive side, but good for a one time visit to share a few pizzas and pastas with friends & family! We tried the following:Red Wine Sangria- 3/5Caprese did Bufala- 4/5Arancini- 4.5/5Ortana Pesto Pizza-5/5Chicken Mushroom artichoke Pizza -3.5/5Mini Ciambellas- 5/5Tiramisu- 4.5/5
This rating is solely based on our experience during the Taste of Burlington. To start the service was great. Our specialty cocktails where absolutely brilliant. Our appetizer of mussels were very tasty. It was my first time trying them, and I was pleasantly surprised. They seemed very well prepared.Main course was nothing to write home about, but it was still pretty good. The lamb was cooked as ordered, but the potato cube things where like eating hardened bread. Then came dessert...They ran out of one of the desserts 1 week into the Taste of Burlington, which is what I ordered. My replacement was Nutella filled doughnut things, that were unfortunately burnt on one side on all of them :(The pavlova my wife ordered was way over done. It is supposed to separate easily and melt in your mouth. It was crumbly and you could barely cut through the bottom of it.Maybe it was an off kitchen day and their other food items might be mind blowing, but alas that was not our experience.Cheers
Portion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Taste ⭐️⭐️⭐️Service ⭐️⭐️Food Portion was good, taste not so much and service wasn't the greatest. As you can see, there was mussels missing on my seafood spaghetti with no explanation. Burlington taste was not available either even though website said its still available.
