The store getting worse now everything is changed the manager left the new manager she's not friendly the new employee's they don't know how deal with customers i don't like that everything is changed for worse i hope they do something about it ? yesterday i went to the healthy planet to buy my stuff the manager she was there she looks at me she even don't say hi or aske me if i need help never what kind of manager she is rude not smiles to castmer who heirs her i asked the cashier to helped me she is there but she never asked me if i need help i don't know why i coming back there is not good place anymore
Store is nice, clean and staff is generally attentive and willing to help. However, you need to be aware and double check the prices ring up properly at the cash registers. Without exaggeration, I’ve fallen victim to being over charged for items more than a dozen times. Sale and promotional prices rarely ring up correctly and you have to tell the cashier the correct pricing, wait for them to verify, and then correct or refund you.You guys NEED to do better with this.This business also does not subscribe to the Scanning Code of Practice as most major retailers, so there is no recourse for these typesof errors.
Healthy Planet is by far the best health & wellness franchise. I have always encountered the friendliest and respectful of staff. Since the manager left the store has been trashed new manager so rude the new employees walking around talking laughing with each others dont know a clue whats going on the cashier is the worst after I payed everything she gave me a coupon for discounts and she doesn't smile not friendly iam not happy here iam going to the other store in oakville where the old manger is she is the best so nice so helpful very friendly smiles I will never come back to this place again I dont feel comfortable going back to that store again and they lost a valuable customer i will give them thumbs down cause thats what they deserve ?????????????
Great staff and service, very knowledgable in every area. We purchase a lot of items from this location, from beauty products for the entire family to supplement and vitamins and food items. The price point for each item is always very well priced and for the majority of vitamins and other supplements the prices are well below other area comparable stores.
Such friendly and helpful staff!! I came in looking for some turmeric supplements to help with my acne but one of the lovely ladies recommended some different products that ended up working like a miracle! She was so knowledgeable! Store is also well stocked and very tidy!
