Ordered from the app for this location. Usually Harvey’s is always a good option. Quite disappointed this time: order not ready, Chicken sandwich overcooked and dry, drinks not even filled properly and were left half empty. Burger was okay. The place had a few tables for sitting in. All of them were dirty. We certainly will not return to this location.
Due to my recent order received from this location through Skip the Dishes, I will no longer order from here because of the following:1) missing item (didn't receive the donuts)2) wrong drink (I recieved I believe a large root beer instead, whatever it was it was unappetizing to me and I threw out)3) poutine tasted very burnt. I felt like I was eating burnt soggy paper (it was unappetizing, and I threw it out)4) the waste of my time to get a refund and or any communication to resolve this issue. This is an unnecessary problem.The poor quality of this location seems to be a consistent issue, not one offs. Trust the reviews. I wish I did.
I ordered Harvey’s from here on SkipTheDishes. Two burgers, fries and drinks. What I got was two quarter chicken dinners. The staff need to be more organized. Who would make such a silly mistake. Not ordering from here again.
Burger was okay, but the fries were less than desireable...(photo) On top of that, I asked for ketchup and was told "its in the bag". I was disappointed to find just 1-packet of ketchup in my bag to wash these fries down with. I do have enough salt & pepper for 4 more orders at least...Edit: felt it was especially important to show everyone more of these fries. Actually inedible? You tell me.
The quality of service has been steadily going downhill at this location in the last two years. At the beginning of the pandemic, I was willing to be more patient - we were all learning how to deal with it. But Harvey’s really should have their act together by now. Tonight was the last straw! Myself and other customers were kept waiting for about twenty minutes while the very slow person dressing the food crawled through the preparation of an online order. The manager couldn’t have cared less about making us wait that long. One woman even asked for a refund because they were taking so long. Then, the person at the counter found it difficult to understand that the toppings for a hot dog don’t only go in the middle. Got home, and our fries (container only half full) and onion rings were stone cold. I’m done. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Recently started coming to this location and it is the best Harvey's location I've ever been to! I been going to so many locations across the GTHA for so many years and this is the best one. I always order my lunch here and shout-out to the team that works on weekday afternoons. They have excellent service and make the food well with careful packaging. I will always come here to order my Harvey's food!
My wife got a Junior hamburger yesterday, where the hamburger patty was stone cold...I even tasted it and it was cold. She also got frings and I got onion rings and neither had a speck of salt on them. I told her to complain but she didn't have the time, so I am complaining about it now. Do you guys not keep your burgers under a heat lamp or something? And do you not add any salt to your fries or onion rings? Looks like the staff there are slacking!!
This location is great. The staff is friendly and quick. I love using the app because my order is ready to go when I get there.
This is how I received my hot dog. No effort to even open the bun, just thrown on top with the sauces on the bottom of the bun. Awful could not eat it
