extremely disappointed in my visit Friday.. enough grease to soak through the bag and into my car seat and top it off the fries were rubbery.
Every time we eat or Order in this place we were provided excellent service. The Manager is very accommodating & nice. The staffs are very professional ? in their service. The food prices they offer are very reasonable & Quality is very good. Food are so delicious ? that's the reason we as family ? visit this place often.? thanks.
Came here with our family (a big group, 10 in all) and were served food quickly and with friendly service. Most of us ordered halibut with chips, but there were non-seafood options, which was great since we have people with allergies in our family. The fish batter was delicate and perfectly crispy, as were the fries. My son loved his chicken souvlaki dinner too (no leftovers). Great find. Highly recommend!
The fish was absolutely amazing! The food took less than 20 mins to be prepared even with a large group of 10 people. Amazing service overall, would recommend to anyone who wants some good ol' fish and chips.

Great value & Service. Good food. The biggest size Fish & Chips I have ever had. House Tartar Sauce is dynamite. The Cheese Cake is fresh. Best part, the inside decor and ambience is inviting. Owners care your overall experience. Five star service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was our first time ordering but not our last!!! The Haddock piece was huge and a large amount of home cut fries included. The batter was light and tasty and the price of the order is reflective of the amount you get??

DO NOT order delivery from Door Dash. The fish was very tough, the fries were cold. The chowder was cold and too thick, even after adding hot water, still could not eat it. Horrible fish and chips for delivery. We are not that far from the Ancaster store, don't know why Door Dash didn't go there.
New to the area and tried Hailibut House. Give you lots of dry, cold fires to make up for the small, poorly prepared fish. We decided on the one piece meal as 2 pieces for 2 people was over 80 dollars??? We were spoiled in our previous location with marvoulous fish, chips and prices. We won't order from Halibut House again.
