The thin pizza is always amazing!!!! The delivery person is always pleasant. The ONLY reason im giving a 4 star and not a 5 is because the deep fried pickles have changed! They were always sooo good the kids loved but they must have changed the batter because it always falls off the pickle/doesnt stick so unfortunately we will not order again which is too bad because they were amazing! Service is always great!

Spent $6 in has getting there, waited 20 minutes for my pizza & when I opened my pizza box it was the wrong pizza.They gave my pizza to someone else.Now I am off to work & have to wait 5 hours to eat.Thanks for nothing Gino's Pizza at 473 Guelph Line
I went in recently. First time in a couple years. I was over charged but I guess that's ok cause they have a sign up saying their prices have gone up from their menu's. Fine. My food wasn't cooked properly. And they seemed annoyed they had to make me food. I felt unwanted in there and like no effort went into my food.
Ordered from here this evening. Unfortunately this pizza tasted so bad we might as well have been eating the cardboard box it came in. The crust was extremely dense. Hard to chew even! Sparse toppings. Just no good. It seems Gino’s quality is on the decline. Do not recommend.
Way too expensive. 50$ for two large pizzas and 12 wings. First time I’ve walked out of a place because it was too expensive
I have been going to this location for more than 10 years. I went 20 minutes before closing recently, I understand staff aren't pleased when people come in late, but fact is the business is open. No excuse for a underdone pizza. I had a negative experience at this location in the summer and this was my first time returning. Regrettably I won't be going back again. I would like to thank the staff of the past years for their excellent service and comintment to quality. Unfortunately your standards didn't get passed on.
Just attempted to order online, the order went through my bank account and didn’t end up transferring to the store. The woman who works at this location sounded lovely, but everyone who was on the phone sent me to dead ends, had to send an email proving the money came out and my order as I was told it would be a 5 minute response. Never was responded to. I order Gino’s very often as do most of my friends, the fact that all I was left with was a sorry IT will look into it tomorrow is disheartening and I don’t feel comfortable ordering online anymore. Disappointing.
Worst pizza to order. Vegan ordered NO CHEESE. Got cheese pizza, they would not do anything for me. Said I ordered cheese pizza. Pretty sure I know what I order all the time.They lost a customer!
