I’ve frequented many different Freshii locations for years, this is BY far the slowest service I’ve ever encountered.During a lunch hour (12:30pm) on a Tuesday there is only one person working. (Feel bad for her as she’s running between cash, and prepping food all by herself).It’s been slow in the past, and I just chalked it up to a fluke, but at this point, every time I’ve come in it seems severely understaffed.I’m sure it’s been difficult for the business during the pandemic, but at this point they just maybe need to increase their staffing during key lunch / dinner times.
I absolutely love freshii! I have been going here for years. But this location served me bad broccoli and my stomach is now upset as a result of it. I love leaving reviews and this is probably my first 1 star ever.
This is by far the worst Freshii location in the area. Without exaggerating, I cannot remember a single time that I've ordered from this location and there hasn't been an ingredient (or two) missing, a ridiculously small portion or ingredients that aren't really up to the same quality in terms of preparation as other locations (e.g. onions are sloppily shopped in big chunks). It's the only location that I feel the need to watch as they prepare my meal to ensure nothing is missed. Better training--and attention to detail--is required for sure.
Terrible experience, I arrive around noon and there is one staff on sight. She was doing the best she and working very fast. After about 20 minutes I got my pangoa bowl with chicken. There were 2 small pieces of chicken and in not even exaggerating . I've had this bowl over 20 times in various freshii locations and I know what to expect. The chicken was also cold like it wasn't heated before serving. I don't know why there was only one staff working but it clearly showed in the quality of the food. I was very disappointed and I will not return to this location.
I am I regular at Freshii and this is the closest location. Unfortunately this location does not fill their portions to the usual that I would normally get at any other location, blow tends to be very light with very small topping portions. The food quality always tends to be old as well, today I was in and they asked to switch the base because their lettuce was bad. They also put an old avocado in my bowl which was not fresh from today and I had to ask to have it subbed. I would recommend the Appleby location over this one, this is not the first time that this has happened here. I've seen comments that you have fixed things but doesn't seem like anything has changed, not great for the brand.
Much smaller portion sizes compared to other locations. Our bowls were less than half full. The greens in my salad were on the old/wilted side as well. Staff was nice and location was clean.
I love Freshii, however, I have found the portion sizes at this location to be smaller compared to other Freshii restaurants.Besides the portion sizes, the food was fresh and delicious.
Great staff. Catering and kind to people who can't wear face muzzles. Good food and exceptional client service.
I’ve been to this location twice and both times they didn’t have one of the ingredients, once was chicken and the other was avocado. I order through the app so I don’t find out about the issue until I show up to pick it up and it’s already been paid for. I have an early lunch so it’s not that they are running out after a busy lunch rush. Other than that the food is good but I’ll be using a different location to pick up from.
Purchased a teriyaki bowl and found a hair in it. Called them and was not impressed with their customer service, as they were rather unhelpful.
