Service needs to be improved a lot. I know everyone is tired of working but you don't have to show customers that you are so tired. I felt like the girls working there at weekday lunchtime are not interested in work or struggling to understand the order.

First time I go - my bowl was cold, the streak tasted and felt like rubber, the noodles didn't boil enough, and there was barely any sauce
Decently healthy food and tastes but my god please get some better protein chicken is glued together from undesirable parts of the animal would rather pay more for better quality

This place randomly closes at 2pm in the afternoon when their website and google shows open ?? Drove there for nothing… what a waste of time. They clearly don’t need the business!!
Really great freshii location! The store was very clean and sanitizer was easily available, I felt very safe in this store. The smoothie I got was amazing, and the service was very quick. Would totally recommend this location, the workers and service is great!
Yesterday my husband ordered take out food from this location. I never had better? Freshii? food in my life. Everything was so fresh, food was nice and warm and guys inside waited with a smile! What a service!??Thank you so much, we will be ordering again.
Ordered 3 meals for my family. I ordered the tacos and asked for steak to be added. We get to the lake to eat dinner and I have no streak on my taco. Called in the lady told me they put it on my wife's bowl which she ordered on hers too. She said they never charged me for it so I guess it's my fault I never got steak. Manager called me back and didn't even try to make it right and acknowledge their mistake. Disappointing considering I spend 150$ a week here. I honestly hate to even write reviews and complain the fact is they could of just acknowledged they made the mistake, it happens.
Amazing, friendly, and outstanding staff! Food is always amazing and served with a smile!!!!
