I love this place the girls that work their are always so sweet and quick. Kiran is always nice enough to Remeber my order and help me out. 10/10 recommend this place :)
Good looking store, but very dry reception from a girl who was there.I asked for 2 salads with dressing on it… it came with a drop of dressing, a bit dry. The portion was a good size
Ordered a Market wrap with tofu. Came with no tofu and the tofu was an extra $2.50 smh could tell she wasn't happy she wasn't happy with the $.50 tip. Probably added the money for tofu to her pocket. Not impressed.
My family and I have been coming here recently and we are really happy with the service and food. Staff are great and very knowledgable. Food is fresh, healthy and delicious.
I got a job at freshii and the staff were sooooo helpful on the first day. I used to come to this location before to get food and their customer service is great.
Don’t go to this place! I worked here. The management is so bad. The owner fired me after my fourth shift. I asked her did I do anything wrong? She said no and I’m not a right fit for the job. I’m soooo shocked. Later I’ve heard they are constantly firing people after several shifts and they let new people do more work (sweeping, dishing, garbage). This place is horrible. The worst place that I’ve worked for. By the way, the ingredients are not fresh at all and all taken from the fridge.
Go to this location multiple times a week the service is always fast and polite, the app functions well, and the bowls / salads are always good.
I love this location I have been coming here with my family since day one love the people that work here they always pay attention to make sure that I get my order like the way I want it
I work in the mall and I have to warn whoever reads these reviews STAY AWAY FROM FRESHII... Everyone who works in the mall knows not to eat here. The ingredients are always wilted and/ or frozen from sitting so long. It is always ice cold and tastes soggy. The prices are ridiculous, service is slow...the list goes on and on. Don't eat here. I did twice, and regret it. The second time was so bad I will never return. Don't do it!!!
I'd give no stars if that was an option. Rude, stingy, and not fresh at all. Head office should pay closer attention because the woman who runs this place is ruining the brand.
