Food was good but could have been improved. The meat was a little too dry and hard
While the roast beef sub was good enough, the preparers need to place more attention on detail. The menu said provolone should be included, but there was no cheese on the sub. My husband also emphasized ‘no onions’ yet my sub was covered in them. If doesn’t matter how good the item is supposed to be if it is not made properly.
The food is great! Very seldom has the food let me down at this location. The staff is either very good or subpar depending on who is working. The price is above average but you get bang for your buck in taste and quality.
It was our first visit. The cashier was friendly, professional, and courteous. We had two subs. They were prepared to our specifications quickly and efficiently. We noticed that everything was fresh, hot, and tasty. We did not mind the price as we recognize that you get what you pay for. Overall a return visit is warranted.
Love this place as it has brought a completely new take on subs with premium ingredients! Nice and friendly staff, and the food has been delicious everytime. My personal favourite is the firehouse hero on whole wheat bread. Plus gotta love the pickle that comes with the order. Yum ?

I’ve been to other firehouse subs - this one has the worst service by far. Very slow, and employees spend most time talking to one another with only 1 person actually making sandwiches. Also NONE of the 5 people make sandwiches wore hair nets or hats, some didn’t even have their hair tied back. Very gross considering they are dealing with open food.Food is good but would go to a different location.
I just got home and opened my sub and saw a soup of dressing as well as my partners - I asked for added ranch. I also saw mushrooms which I did not ask for, they do not come with the sub I got, and I am allergic, so now I cannot eat the sub at all.I am very disappointed in the quality of our subs considering the cost of them.We will not be coming back to this location in the future.
First time trying FireHouse. Enjoyed a very yummy meatball and loved the choices available at the coke machine.
