It’s very frustrating when you place an order through the drive through and they continuously get your order wrong. I think you guys can do so much better - a blizzard is not that difficult to get right.
Working the drive-through at this location requires a lot of experience in the summer time people ordering ice cream and blizzards want to be in-and-out of there quickly trying to train somebody on the drive-through during Post dinner rush for dessert is not a good idea. Need to have people assigned to station and not running all over the place.
Drove up ordered my milkshake Boom got my milkshake.Can't ask for more than that.It was a strawberry shake for those of you keeping score at home and yes it was delicious.
We stopped in for an early dinner. Staff were friendly, professional and personable. They were great with our granddaughter!
They are getting cheap on there portion size . They asked to give them another chance . Well you be the judge on a banana split before they were higher then the sides .I am very disappointed on the value .
Tired of places saying they are open till a certain time (10pm) and showing up and trying to order something to have them say they are closing when it's 45 minutes to close is ridiculous. I just wanted some chicken tenders and an ice cream .
Have gone to this one for quite a while. They stopped taking “coupons” or basically anything from the national DQ app. I reached out to DQ and they basically said the owner of this franchise just decides not to do coupons. Seems really greedy to me and I will be going to literally any other location but this one.
In average, once a moth my family gets lunch from this location ( my kids absolutely love it and if they could would go once a week ) .Yes, I had to wait for my order few times but I have to say, each time was worth it bc French Fries were perfectly done and crispy chicken was strait from the fryer ( and that what you want from fast food or fun food lol )We also ordered bday cakes couple times, they were as expected.very nice and friendly stuff.
Always stop here to get some ice cream. They are usually pretty quick with the order, but if your going to get any other food, you may need to wait a little longer.
I am not one who really wants complain due to the struggles of business right now... but I'm so tired of not getting what I ordered also the fact you have no choice but to go threw the drive through ( which I really don't understand ) order buffalo chicken fingers and again I get honey garlic Not What I Ordered !! This has happen several times and I'm starting to wonder if they truly care. It is good food but not getting what I want
