If you are ever looking for a great definition of the word GREED, be sure to visit this Dairy Queen location. Their menu items are priced a minimum of $2 more than any other Dairy Queen location I've ever seen. I can't believe people are stupid enough to pay their ridiculous prices. Obviously people from Burlington have more money than brains.

The ice cream was good. But this location needs to pay more attention to clean the machines and surfaces. They were not particularly busy when we went so it is a nice extra touch to keep stuff cleaner.

Okay. This place looks run down. The atrium window was smashed, the stairs are in shambles, there’s a minimum of 6 lights burnt out so it doesn’t even look open. And that’s just the atmosphere. The customer service was trash. A little acknowledgment goes a long way, but that being said we had none. They handed us our food, yelled “two blizzards” then pretty much threw the spoons at us while she was rushing to get to the drive through.Every single staff member looked miserable, stressed and just plain unhappy. And don’t get me started on the washrooms and floors. Sticky everywhere. I run a retail store, and if my store looked like that or my staff members treated customers like that- they wouldn’t have a job and neither would I.They did have really white new shiny security cameras though, money and time well spent I guess. I would give 0 stars but the ice cream was good.

I've been to may DQ locations.... and I love it.But... this is the worst out of all. These guys are downgrading the fame of DQ.The Walnuts in the Blizard are completely rotten. And the standards of DQ are not at all followed.

I hate this place. Out of all the dairy queens I've been to this is one of the worst. I got the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard and they gave me exactly 5 chunks of cheese (I counted). The strawberry sauce didn't even reach the bottom. Also I'm not a wheelchair user but this place CLAIMS to be wheelchair friendly, but... There's a step to get in and, yeah, once you get in it seems wheelchair friendly, but then the problem is getting out. The button to open the door doesn't work so if someone wanted to use the ramp at the exit they'd have to figure out how to get the door open without the button. Overall, I'd suggest not to go there especially if you're a wheelchair user.

Haven’t been to da for a while, always have good memories about their ice cream cakes. Came in and got a sundae. The staff was amazingly nice and welcoming. The prices are also really good compared to other fast food chains! Also forgotten they have fries, onion rings and burgers too. Will give it a try next time :)

Clean up the garbage outside if you want people to come and enjoy the summer season at the terrible outdoor decor you've supplied . Add a few garbage cans for easier access for the lazies out there but you are responsible for the garbage and debris. Clean it up.Not a welcoming environment.

Ordered a custom blizzard cake for my hubbys birthday on may 4, 2022, they followed directions perfectly, most delicious cake ever ty!

Only been to this location a couple of times and it reminds me not to go back. Both times the customer service was lacking, there was something wrong with the orders (given wrong Blizzards from what was ordered), the blizzards barely had any toppings mixed in and for some reason, the ice cream is already melting the minute it's given to us (it's not like it's the summer). We live a 5 min drive away and by the time we get home, the blizzards are basically soup. (In comparison, we've gone to the Waterdown location before and live further from there and the blizzards are still frozen when we get home). Super disappointing for how much you pay for it. Won't be returning to this Appleby location.

Super small cones. Can’t wait till the one on Plains road is open. And please Dairy Queen on Appleby line, turn on the heat! We are eating in the car because your restaurant is freezing cold.
