I go for quite a lot of bubble tea during the summer and this place is rletty nice. Doesn't overwhelm you with options but has a decent selection. However twice I have been to one now with an item I wanted being sold out. Prices are average and place is nice and clean. The bubble tea I got tasted amazing and refreshing ( bubble gaga 30% sugar. )
Employee entered my order wrong. I proceeded to ask which one was the caramel milk tea and the employee said there wasn’t one and there was a jasmine tea instead. I then said I ordered a caramel one and not a jasmine one. Employee told me I was wrong, argued with me, and made me pay for the one I wanted in the first place.
Very disorganized location. Also very slow. Not sure if they just opened recently or what's going on. They mistook 2 orders while I was there, they didn't ask me my sugar level or ice. I had to speak up and mention it after I ordered because I wasn't paying attention myself. They were very frustrated with each other and kind of disrespectful to clients because of that frustration. I'm going to give them a few months before I decide to go back in person and order. Drinks were as good as coco drinks get, it's just the workers that did it for me.
TL;DR: good tea(even for kids), loud, fast serviceService was fairly fast, not too many people present around 4pm.It's very loud so I don't recommend trying to carry on a conversation with someone while here unless they're really boring then you can pretend you're listening while you hear nothing.Came with two young kids (9 and 12) mostly because my daughter was convinced it was a sushi place but since we were here I said they gotta try something new.Both loved it. She had a mango slush concoction and my son had a strawberry and cream drink.Both enjoyed but my son said next time he'd all for extra milk since the strawberry was a tad sweet and strong.Both have asked to repeat on the weekend.
No customer service etiquette. I got to the store around 830pm and I’m the only person in line. The lady was preparing a online order so I waited five minutes for her to compete that order. She eventually comes to take my order and says we have no pearls. I did not place a order and left. She could have told me they were out instead of making me wait for nothing. Very disappointing
Yet another business in this city where the Black dollar is less than to any other customer. Disgusted with the poor service and disregard shown by employees here. I will not be supporting a ‘business’ that treats any customer less than. Unacceptable behaviour by staff, 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. Support another boba shop, this location does not deserve your money.
I ordered my drinks through the app and arrived to this location 10 minutes later. When I walked in to get my drinks, there were many customers inside and a lady came in after me to order. I waited outside for 20 minutes before going inside again, to which the lady who came in after me received her drinks before I did. I was the last one to receive my drinks before the store closed. I am a loyal customer and have given coco thousands of dollars over the past few years and this was an extremely upsetting experience. I will not be purchasing from any Coco location ever again. The service I received was unacceptable
One of the best Bubble tea places in Burlington. Great selection and okay pricing. They are consistent and as fast as humanly possible especially when we order ahead. Parking is limited and this place is always busy so plan accordingly.
They might make a great bubble tea, but very rude service staff and they don't offer gift cards! Who doesn't offer gift cards in this day and age?? #sad
Even the takeouts are good in this location! Fast process after placing an order to pick up via mobile order. App not needed (optional) accurate order prepared. Love coco in this location!
