Love it here! Great food which is always fresh, recommend the late night half price wings. Really good staff. They are very nice, professional and also very fun. The GM/owner nick is the absolute best, so nice and respectful! I come here multiple times a month not only because the food is great but also because of the service, atmosphere and experience. 10/10 recommend
We have been customers of Chucks Burlington for many years (including loyal through Covid). Our Thursday date nights are celebrated weekly at Chucks because the food is great and the prices are incredible. BUT most of all it is because we are treated like family. The atmosphere is fun. The staff are personal and respectful. Most of all we love our bar server Rob. He is simply the best. He goes above and beyond every single time.We can afford to go anywhere on our date night but we choose Chucks Burlington every time!!!
WOW what can I say. From the moment I sat down Tori our server gave us incredible service. Drinks were always replenished and she checked in often… but not too much where it would be annoying. She was so bubbly and gave us amazing recommendations with menu options. She even encouraged us to wait until half price apps started after 9pm! Thank you Tori for the awesome service ! I visited this location for the first time yesterday with my family. Our server Neal was amazing starting from the host to the staff. We had a lot of staff come and talk to us and and meet our 4 months daughter. But our Neal went above and beyond for us. With making sure our needs and happiness were met. He made sure my son that is 2 had a great time as well. He provided us with magic and comic entertainment to even showing us how much he also loved chocolate milk as my son does. My best experience so far in a very long time. So thank you Chuck's roadhouse on Appleby line and thank you to staff and Neal.
My favorite place to go! Burger, fries and a beer for the price of a McDonald's meal, but way better quality. It's awesome! On a side note, their gravy is the best around! (In my opinion)
Neil was FANTASTIC. Jinny was also really good. I was blown away with the service, my steak could have been better but the service truly made up for it. Couldn't understand the 'honest to goodness fee' - would question that, but Neil and Jinny deserve a customer service award. Great job!
My wife and I frequent this location during the day. It is not extremely busy but it is being frequented more(I think it gets busier in the evenings but we still like distancing a bit). They have managed to keep prices under control and the food is reasonably good. I love their burgers. My wife loves some of the pasta dishes. We have found the service good and consistent (which appears to be hard for some of our other favourite spots to maintain these days). We both love the multiple sports TVs too. For the past several months, Chuck's has been one of our top lunch restaurant stops in Burlington.
The service was fine but the food wasn't. I have gone there a few times with no issues. I went on Feb 6, my 51 birthday. I brought 7 people. Our steaks and burgers were extremely overcooked, eventhough I asked for medium. I told the waiter but he didn't seem to care. I would have escalated the situation but it took a while for the food to come already so I didn't. I should have. I have been to other locations since and it was fine. Maybe this location has bad cooks. I regret not complaining.
