I was greeted by the bartender that barley had a smile, she looked miserable amd really shouldn't be at the bar if this is what paying customers see first off? I still ordered a beer that wasn't very cold at all compared to every other pub in the area. Still I drank it, and was never even offered a menu....after making eye contact the female BT again , she DIDNT EVEN ASK IF ID LIKE ANOTHER BEER , even the waitress on the floor at least said hello, only for what looked like the owner talking to the Bt noticed me, and did not even say hello. Or perhaps he was a Manger that just wanted to pour himself a pop. I then at that point decided I don't even want to ask for menu as I didn't feel welcome one bit, regardless I asked for bill for my warm beer, and again Bt did not even smile, ..If i could give 0 stars rating ? I would and I'll never go back, and I spend when I'm out... perhaps the regular clients like it? But I never wish to step foot again. TO WHOMEVER THIS MAY CONCERN?? YOU REALLY NEED TO STEP IT UP, YOUR NOT EVEN CLOSE THE THE WAY EVERY OTHER PUB OPERATES, AND GET RID OF THE ATM THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN BROKEN FOREVER, ITS A EYESORE AND MAKES THE PLACE LOOK EVEN MORE RUNDOWN. Went for breakfast recently around 11am with some family. There were about 4 tables ranging from 1-3 ppl when we arrived.We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast to arrive after ordering (we’d already been there 20-30 minutes before our order was taken) which consisted of an omelet, bacon and eggs and pancakes.When food arrived, 2 of 3 meals were not as ordered (ordered over hard eggs came as easy and chocolate pancakes arrived as blueberry) and they had forgotten 2 of our drinks. We didn’t bother asking for the drinks again as it took too long to get their attention and only had 1 of the meals returned because we didn’t notice the 2nd until after we returned the 1st meal and didn’t want to wait again.We had to bring the one meal up to the bar to be corrected as we could not get their attention due to them being at the bar with others.Also the Jam packages need to be replaced as they were old. Couldn’t even spread it as it was hard upon opening.Food portions are small compared to other breakfast restaurants yet pricing was higher. Wouldn’t have mentioned this at all if the service and product had been on par.Not sure if they were short staffed that day or what was going on but we likely won’t go for in person dining again.Wish it would have been a better experience for us.2 stars because the food that was right was okay.
Great place. I had the Clubhouse Sandwich and my sweetie had perogies. No service like... service from Lori! Great service, great laughs, and she's great at math! We hit this place whenever we are in Burlington.

Stopped in on Friday night with my mother & her friend, who lives up north. Karaoke was a hit.There is serious talent here! We were truly blown away, even the DJ himself is a gem ?.Good karaoke environment !The bartender/waitress tho can have more of a pep in her step. Just because she is the“only one working”, then try to at least seem happy about it. ??♀️Was a mood changer for sure when ordering drinks with her.
Went for fish and chips on Good Friday and the food was amazing. The pieces of fish were huge and super fresh with just the right amount of batter. Staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Just got back from a great afternoon at Carrigan Arms! We were there for the drag queen show and the staff were attentive during despite how busy it was. Great staff! Great show! Great nachos! Thanks so much!!! We will definitely be back!!

Place is a dump. No wonder 3 people have driven their cars through the front window. The staff are rude and ignorant and the food is garbage. The kitchen is disgusting and the bathrooms stink like urine. This place is a dump. Go to Gator Ted's, you'll have a much nicer time and be treated with respect.e
