This location is getting worse by the day! I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt but everything is always cold and shriveled like it's been sitting in warmers for hours! The portion of fries also never fill the fry container! You guys need alittle revamp!

Great services and fresh food, this is 3rd time I get a excellent experience from this location.. keep it up guys

Service on the mic wasn't great. Didn't seem very friendly even at the window. Food was cold. You can tell it's been sitting. I know it's Whopper Wednesday but for crying out loud I even paid the extra for bacon and cheese (they didn't put extra onions on like I asked as I'm sure the person taking and order didn't care). The cheesy bites were cold. Bun is cold and soggy. No receipt given. Maybe because they don't want you to fill out the survey.Absolutely pathetic Burger King! Next time I'm going to Wendy's

Best to check your order through Drive Thru before leaving. Ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and Bacon but didn't receive what I ordered. When I contacted Burger King to say I didn't get what I ordered I was surprised by their response. They basically said oops we'll do better next time and didn't try to rectify the error and then ended it with is there anything else we can do for you? Doubt I'll be returning there as there is many other options for burgers

Worst food and service I ever experienced at a drive thru ever!!! The food tasted like it had been sitting all day and the employee was extremely rude When ordering the food!!!

Feb 24 1:00 pm drove up to place my order. I was ordering a few meals, after giving my order for the first was told drive up very rudely, I said I have more to order then again not asking if that was all , drive up, finally asked for coke response was "we don't have", no sorry nothing. Most unpleasant rude person! Orders are usually wrong and they forget sauces. Choose a different location!

Several things:Nearly 10 minutes wait for a line of 3 cars.Ordered one icecream cone - was charged 20.63$. Good thing I looked (was told that I'll be refunded for that and only charged for the icecream).Waited 1 more minute only to hear that they have no icecream....Later that day, I learned that there was no refund. Called them and was told that they can't help over the phone because they have no way to check (though I gave the exact details of the person at that day - after all how many first day employees can serve the drive through at a particular time and wrongly charge someone). Had to drug myself to that location and prove that things happened the way they did just to get reimbursed for their mistake. Very disappointing.

It is the second time that I receive a different product than the one I ordered and since it is drive true, I only know when I get home, both times I have paid for a more expensive product than the one I received
