So i go here today to get my kids some lunch . It shows on the drive thru menu that a chicken nugget kids meal is $1.99 . I pull up and pay but then looking at the receipt it showed i got charge $4.99 . So i go in and ask why and the manger was super rude and refused to give me a refund because the price was right inside the store.... well i did not go inside to order i went through the drive thur and that was the price. I would not recommend going to this place!!!!

I came here for a quick bite after my Costco run. Big mistake. Even though I ordered ahead on their app and there were only 2 cars ahead of me in their drive through, it seems like it’s taking forever. I’m writing this while waiting in line. That’s just how slow they are. Maybe they’re short staffed today but this is really bad. Come on guys, don’t you have a timer thingy in your drive through that measure how long you take to serve each car?

Terrible Burger KingIf they even get your order right ?‍♀️Most of the time you go there something isn’t working. What’s the point of having the store open if the broilers are not working? Went inside to order and was ignored, not even acknowledged for atleast 4 mins.Muskin, or someone with name very similar name was working cash....Not a sole inside when we walked it...She stood punching buttons on a computer to the right of cash and never even said hello....an Uber eats driver showed up and she continued to ignore us as she filled that order.....I will never be back.

This burger king sucks. I will never come to this one any more. I ordered a family bundle and they could not understand and left me waiting there for almost 10 minutes. Finally they figured out that's one of their products, and they charged me 42.22 dollars! That's insane!

This is one of the worst Burger King experiences I had in a long time. I asked for a Whopper with no sauce and they put sauce on it. The zesty sauce I did not even ask for tastes like hand sanitizer. The food quality was still good though. My mom went to use the bathrooms and they are fricking atrocious. They don't clean them often and they put the toilet paper above the dispenser. I wanted Fruitopia and they were out of that and they were out of Nestea too. They didn't even give me a receipt. What a failure of management.

TLDR; order with the BK app to minimize your wait!!Been here 3x for lunch the past month. Drive through always has a loooong line. Usually also a line inside. I’ve always placed a mobile order 5-8 minutes before arriving and so far it has always been ready, though today it hadn’t yet been bagged. Seems they’re understaffed. Food has been ok, considering the price, though presentation has been better from other BKs. Your best option to avoid waiting is to use the BK app and pick up in-store. But based on other reviews, that might not always be smooth sailing.

6pm and they couldnt fulfil my mobile order because broiler was down or no burger patties or some nonsense. Can't even cancel the order and wanted me to contact customer service to get it cancelled and they couldn't even tell me a number to call... Wow

So sad, Burger King is not giving a cup of water to a paying customer, wanted .25 cents for the cup. We spent 40.00 dollars. That is how this company treats a loyal customer. I will tell all my friends and family not to go to Burger King.
