Problems ordering online when I couldn't use my gift card to pay. The in store Manager wasn't aware or that. She listened to me vent as I had wasted time trying this and was now hungry. I did get food and it was delicious. Ate at home.
The service was very good, even tho I had ordered a full rack of ribs because they were cold. They immediately replaced them and were kind enough to remove the ribs from my bill.#lovethisplace#neverbeendisappointedOur waitresses/bartender was outstanding.
Service was good, drinks were ok but the food. Oufff. My wife and I usually like BP's but this visit, a frozen pizza sitting in my freezer for three years would of tasted better than what we got. Ordered a Medium, I had a piece and boxed the rest just to throw it out at the hotel afterwards. And I could count on one hand the amount of toppings. For 28$, you would expect better. My wife's pasta was ok but again, we've had better from BP's. I don't know if its old food, not rotating the food or lack of training but you might want to check into it.
We used to come here all the time and came in to get a drink after the Raptors game and was told it was a 45 min wait to just have a drink at the bar. There was several empty tables in the bar area as well. The girl at the front told us the kitchen was too busy and they can’t seat anyone for 45 min. I understand if you can’t sit people who are looking to order food, but I didn’t think you would have to wait on the kitchen if you wanted to order a beer. We ended up walking out and going else where, along with 3 other parties who were waiting at the same time as us. When we advised the girl to take our name off the list it felt like she could care less people walking out. It’s a shame because this used to be a great and friendly place to go, and that level of service really left a sour taste to not want to come back.
Took our kids for dinner on Sat night to take advantage of the "kids eat free" promo for March. The service was fantastic and food really nice and so reasonably priced. Will for sure return to this location based on service alone we felt very well looked after.My only complaint would be the disabled parking. There was very few disabled spots shared for Boston pizza and the Keg. It was busy so they were all taken. Plus the cars in those spots blocked the ramp up to the sidewalk from the parking lot so this proved very difficult to get my husband out the car before pulling into a parking spot then having to get assistance to bump him up the curb. Very dissapointing. I brought this to the managers attention and she was extremely empathetic and very apologetic. Hopefully the property management can make some improvements on this. Other than that tho this was a good Boston Pizza.
One word Emma... greeted at the door by her , we were a party of 5 coming in right at lunch hour. She came and got our drink orders and throughout our meal our glasses were never empty. She then came and took our food orders and got our order perfect( didn't write anything down and we had all sorts of special plus's and minus's to our menu items) Food came out hot, fast and tasty and she came to the table several times to make sure our meal was ok. Then when it was time to leave, right there with the machine and we were on our way. Hats off to the entire place, staffing is short and all seemed to chip in and make our dinning experience a good one..
Average food and okay service. Our sandwiches had too much sauce which made the buns soggy. Our server wasn't personable at all, seemed like she might have had too much on her plate. Will be back, just not to this location.
My parents have a second home at Boston pizza I think! Lol! I love coming to BPs with my kids to meet up with my parents. Our server Natalie always knows our favourites and is an INCREDIBLE server. The food is delicious and always arrives quickly.The wine is delicious, I love their Sauvignon Blanc.For years I’ve loved the chicken pecan salad but everything else I’ve tried is delicious too.There are options for special dietary needs as well.Don’t forget to take your kids to see the magician on Thursday, he’s great!
Was at Boston Pizza tonight the food was delicious the service was good BUT THE MAGICIAN was AMAZING!!!! The kids and I will defiantly be coming back for Thursday Family Night.I highly recommend this for a fun filled night with the family.
Great evening with my 2 god kids here. Food was great and we had the best server named Tina. Not only was she quick to take our order, get us our drinks and food she also went above and beyond customer service wise. She took the time to engage with the kids and check on us often. Thank you Tina for a wonderful experience ?
