The food was good as in many other locations. But the service was very disappointing, the lady was too distracted and didn't bring any of the treats for the kids meals and forgot to offer their desserts at the end of their meal.Not going back to that location
Worst boston pizza i have ever been. The server was very rude after we told her that we needed halal options. Our food was also not prepared properly and have to send the food back as it was burned. Plus the attitude of the server was very rude towards the entire experience. Would not recommend to go here.
I had some errors in my takeout order several weeks ago.I let the restaurant know, and they very kindly offered me a credit on my next meal.On ordering my usual today (April 30), and using the credit provided, I was very pleasantly surprised with the BEST meal I've had from Boston Pizza yet.The pasta was cooked perfectly, my substitution requests were matched to the t, the cheese bake was generous, and the flavours of everything were superb.But overall, I'm really happy with the service.I so appreciate that when things occasionally get mixed up in an order that the team stepped up to take responsibility and took care to make sure they could satisfy the customer. Not everyone does that, but the team here certainly did.Thank you for great food and exceptional service. We'll definitely be ordering from this location again and again.
Celebrated Mother's Day !Staff was e excellent and friendly !Food was really tasty and came quick upon ordering !All in all an excellent experience over other similar eateries especially with the food.Highly recommended !
This Boston Pizza has by far the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of receiving service from! Literally everyone said hi to my family, it was like they were actually excited to have us there! Great place to dine :)
Our favorite restaurant. Even on st. Paddy's day my small table of 2 was not forgotten despite a large group of patrons being there to enjoy the night. Food is always spot on.

Ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich. Chicken was cold and bun was stale. We were there at 1145am. Draft beer was also very warm.. Won't be back.
Outstanding service. First of all the meal was great. I tried the chicken pot soup based on the recommendation of the server and it was perfect. Then the chicken wrap was the best I have had in a long time. But the service was over the top. 1). I was warmly greeted when I arrived and I needed that on this particular day. 2). I stayed longer than normal as I need to work over lunch and I was provided with an extra beverage (ginger ale). 3). Somehow I dropped by drivers licence on the floor while paying and these folks tracked my down (Linked-in) and told me they found it. I was in Burlington for a business meeting and about to drive back to Newmarket when I saw the e-mail. Because I got the e-mail immediately … I avoided spending over two hours to return back to Burlington. Thank you soo much folks. Special mention to Adele to make the effort and to track me down.
The manager Karrie was incredible.Not only was the service impeccable but when I left my purse in the Dinning room, she literally sprinted out to our car. Best BPs ever
