I want to give 5 star to girl who was on shift on 23rd July. She gave excellent customer service. Very impressed, she had smile all the time on her face, very good etiquettes. Give her raise , she deserves it.
Woman server is rough, not inviting nor friendly. She throws your toppings on and doesn't do what you ask her to do. I've been twice and it's the same server. Figured the first time she was having a bad day, but obviously by others reviews this is how she is.
I'm a big fan of barBURRITO but this specific location is brutal. I went in again yesterday (07.20.22) and the place was a mess. There was a strong unpleasant smell walking in, the whole store was dirty, hallway had supplies in it you had to walk around to get to a dirty bathroom and the food prep area was really gross. Lot's of old stains on the glass, most toppings empty and old looking. See pics.
Restaurant was not clean. The tables were dirty and the areas were the ingredients are was a total mess.Also the woman making mine and my friends quesadilla was very rude. She was throwing the ingredients into the tortilla and was just not pleasant.
Tried this place again after almost a year away for the same reasons. The chicken was cold as can be , the guacamole is basically brown and the serving trays are noticeably dirty as is the work area. Even if it’s standard practice to reuse yesterday chicken, it was still cold and clumpy. Here’s to hoping I don’t get sick. What a dump
Went on Feb 21st Monday with family and very disappointed with lady server.1. We have to remind her to change her gloves from non vegetarian food to veg food.2. Was being told that $5.99 burrito limit is 2 but didn't specify that limit is 2 per person and we were more than 2 people. We ended up by paying full price for more than 2 burritos3. Didn't offer receipt4. Didn't put paper napkins in the package.I am surprised $27 for 2 small $5.99 burrito + 1 small bean burrito and 1 jurrito plus tax.Very careful and must ask for receipt.Read other reviews and seems like this location has a history of similar reviews.
Thanks for the stomach cramps for our party of 3!The cleanliness of this location is questionable at best.We didn't catch covid in the past two years..... but a mild bout of food poisoning nabbed us after eating quesadillas, and a burrito. STAY AWAY!!!
The best outlet of bar-burrito I have walked into.Chefs at the location had a unique way of mixing the burrito before wrapping it up. I think I have never seen that in any other Mexican joint. The whole process enhanced the taste of the burrito.Highly recommend this outlet for all.
From start to finish this experience was a nightmare. Came here for lunch today and the sign said closed so we weren't sure they were even open. But they were so my husband went in to order. The server was very disorganized and rude. Her car keys were sitting on the burrito wrapping paper and when it was time to wrap his burrito she took the keys off and placed his food in the exact spot. Another worker came in during this time and was heating her babies food in the microwave reserved for customer service. The food itself was disgusting my bowl was mainly beans. The gauc we paid extra for the brown and we paid $1 for a container with a tiny dollop of heated up cheese whiz disguised as queso. Just gross. They don't care and why should you. Avoid !!!
We usually have such a good experience. This time it was horrible. They ignored us when we walked in for a good 2 minutes because they were filling toppings. We ordered 2 burritos and she was rushing and messed up the one burrito with the wrong toppings twice. It was a horrible experience and if the same 2 girls are working, I’d avoid.
