i absolutely LOVE my experiences there. every time i come in i always want a cold one and hannah provides. she goes above AND beyond to get me my cold ones. she even plays guess who with me when i am sad. i know that i can count on hannah to bring me the best stuf. also i LOVE the boneless wings and i love that i can season my fries. i do recommend mango chipotle seasoning on fries, which of course, hannah suggested.
Ordered my food 3 hrs before pickup and arrived at restaurant at 710 at pick up time waited 50 minutes in the restaurant waiting for my food.It was ridiculous and all I got was sorry no discount. I will never be going here again hopefully the Paris location will be more organized, very disappointing after posting my review I did receive a phone call from the owner who did apologize and it was much appreciated. This was his first night of ownership for his business
Wait for them to call you to go pick up your food.. if they tell you 20 minutes that usually means it’s gonna take an hour (Even for a single pound of wings)
Two orders wings order Calimari.Calimari over cooked! Wings were cool, not hot. I waited for the order so it didn't sit. Disappointed this time. Last Calimari was perfect.
Arrived to the restaurant on time to pick up my order and ended up waiting 15 minutes. Restaurant was NOT busy at that time and the waiter was chatting with 2 other customers for so long, after they had paid. Waiter was too busy having a whole conversation with the customers and didn't even acknowledge I was waiting when I already knew my food was sitting on the shelf ready to go. She assumed I was one of those food delivery people picking up the food and she said "Are you from Skip? Foods not ready". Once she was done she checked the order and gave it to me and did not apologize at all. I order from here often but won't be coming again. Rude service and would not recommend.
So many great flavours to choose from, the creamy dill is amazing. We really enjoy them for a treat they are pricey wings. Pass on the fries.
Love the boneless chicken and the flavors....also the crispiest veggies in the universe!!! Also props to the RANCH DIP!!!??
Ordered take out while visiting a friend. Food was good. Liked the fries. Good wings. Cooked just right neither over or under done . 1st time ordering will definitely order again.
