second time now at this location i’ve had a hair in my burger. this time was on the end, first time i pulled off a pickle (thank god i did!) and a hair was on the pickle. won’t be coming back here
I order from here with skip the dishes and this Wendy's has the cheapest delivery fee out of all the others in Brantford, have never had my order wrong except once and they redeemed the missing item with a short phone call.
Other then it being a bit too cool everything was great. Food hot and quickly ready. Orders done correctly. Highly recommend this Wendy's.
Used to be the best wendys but went today and didn’t receive all the items ordered and fry boxes were barely half full
Last few times I've gone through the drive thru at this location all the staff have been so friendly and my food has been hot.
What ever young man that was working today you need more training sir, 2nd incident with u guys first handing out melted frosty for you management to Make it right but from now on I ask if it's frozen or melted first I ask the girl that took the order not u you took over and told me frosty was always cold that's a lie pluss mumbling and defensive your tone you sounded like I hurt your feelings I was making sure i don't get a half melted frosty otherwise I'd rather keep my money thanks please guys don't forget the ppl you serve are the reason u have a job. coustmer service with a smile and quality of product for a good experience wow can't even ask if your frosty is frozen you wouldn't tell me the truth if it wasn't I don't want anything just for your team to do better
I order a chicken classic meal. he fries were not full and were disgusting . the burger was all soggy and gross like ti was just thrown together. the pop was flat . nothing was really good or warm, service and food sure going down hill like walmart
Ordered a meal, everything was hot, fresh and fast. The continual drive thru lane exhibits the excellent customer service experience that they deliver consistently. Way to go!
Worst service by the employees. MfasBeing stardom for no reason in front of customers. That was not a manager face, who came to me last night, while discussing. I respect the community you have to respect the work. Don’t show up extraordinary. We don’t need that.. stay in you.. work for your company, if u don’t want to work, just leave the job, instead of being rude to customers.
Always been good to me. If you know the busy times you can avoid the long drive thru line.
