5 staff behind the counter. 0 customers in the dinning room. And yet garbage on the floors tables are dirty and condiment trays almost empty. Very disappointing
Ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches. One was spicey which we did not order. We had avoided dining there for several years because of the poor quality of our meals, however we decided to give them another chance, mistake! We will probably not go to this one again since nothing has improved in more than 4 years. I wonder if the other outlets are better?
Employees were great really great at this location. ?.. but look at the picture I'm uploading... What happened to spicey chickens? Price is up chicken is way down... like paper thin now. Won't be coming back unfortunately...
It's really cool how they have the audacity to ask you if if everything on the burger is ok and then proceed to not make any of the changes you ask for.Currently 0/4 out of getting correct orders. What happened here? It used to be good but they really fell off.
I stopped going to this particular location after I had been shorted on my orders 3 times in a row !! First time back after more than a year and, surprise of all surprises, they shorted us two orders of fries. By the time I drive back there and get the fries I paid for and drive back home, of course my burger is completely cold. With gas prices where they are having some pimple faced kid saying “ Sorrrrry” is not enough. Save yourself the aggravation and extra gas costs for driving here twice, and go somewhere else. Really, anywhere else will be better. Anywhere at all…
Skip driver Are only allowed to pick up order via drive thru , have done more than 2000 deliveries and never seen a restaurant asking to pickup order via drive thru in daylight . Your drive thru is always packed with cars. I am Not coming here wait in thru for 30 mins.
Burgers and fries are good. Prices are average for fast food joints. Coffee is improved.
Great fresh food. Always get my drive through orders correct.
Have some pretty ignorant unprofessional employees, got my order and herd the one girl say to the other shut up and do your job. Onto of messing up my order ?
This is the only Wendy’s in brantford that truly gives you no cheese on your burger when you ask for no cheese….Forever having my business
