This Tim Hortons is terrible. We have been in the drive through for 35 minutes! The slowest drive-through it history!

Worst customer service , can’t get my order right and takes 25 minutes to get to the window . Slowest drive thru ever .
When your debit machine goes down once a month... Maybe invest in a better service.On top of that put a sign at your drive thru enterance, to not waste 5+min of peoples time waiting in your insanely slow moving line.

Never enough butter on bagels ...last one one whole side dry ...clearly better management is needed to move drive through faster

Brutally slow service at this location. Faster to drive across town to another location than it is to wait in the drive thru here.
Overall clean restaurant and friendly staff. However, constant wrong orders and inconsistent coffee (burnt taste most likely from dripping too long in the coffee maker). The staff need more training and could benefit from constant supervision. Having the right staff that pay attention to details and have pride in their work would benefit this location.Update...June 12 2021, day old Timbits this morning... Wow! Should be Zero Stars on the review. Can't even get that right. A little more quality control and better management.October 2nd, 2021...Sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins... Still waiting. Wow! If I could give a ZERO Star I would.
