Edit: I was sitting in the dining room finishing up a sandwich during a not so busy time for the restaurant. A customer came in from outside. One of the Drivethrough staff started yelling "STORE FRONT" at the top of her lungs and went back to the Drivethrough. Another person walked in and again she yelled "STORE FRONT!" This was not appreciated as it was very distracting and even jolting how loud she was yelling. Not professional at all!Just like any fast food place the food is only alright. It's nothing special although I find when altering sandwiches and other menu options they don't mess up as much as say McDonald's does in that regard
Its 510am on thursday and the order I place every single day, I cannot.Fix your app. And/or fix your staffing problem; I shouldn't have an issue buying product during open times.Thanks.

Tim Horton's coffee , wraps , meal combos and sandwitches have gone down in quality.Despite sharp increase in prices, coffee tastes like water, half the time I don't understand staff, soup?, worst soup ever.I bought yesterday Roast beef Sandwitch with chicken soup. My stomach was upset, I had hard time to sleep. It was basically slurry , no vegetables just bits of few things might have been chicken bits in seemed like slurry...I had heart burn ...The only reason I bought from Tim Hortons because I had a gift card.Will never buy again. They used to have best coffee few years ago, it gradually lost taste and quality.

My common-law and his friend got their orders mixed up. One was for the 2 for 1 sandwich deal and the other was missing a muffin. The drive thru claimed they didn't hear the order, even though the display said otherwise. Maybe don't put that person on drive thru if they're hard of hearing. This has happened multiple times. There was even a cashier that threw change at my common-law's friend and gave attitude over a refund on THEIR MISTAKE. Maybe choose more carefully on ACTUAL courteous customer service. (Not sure if it was a cashier of THIS location, either way, it wasn't right since my common-law's friend is partially disabled). I swear, the new recruitments these days don't care. Either up their training or hire better people!
You pay so much for an iced coffee and they no where near fill your cup. I got a larger iced coffee this morning and it’s at least an inch away from being full.Your iced coffee is made with old, dead coffee. Least you could do is fill your cups appropriately.
The lady who was working nights today at 130AM was so friendly & made a freat espresso icecap for us! Thank you for being such a nice person - we appreciate you!
Usually quite friendly and they usually always get my coffee right I love my hortons couldn't get through a day without it.
