Went through drive thru after purchasing gas. Ordered a coffee and white hot chocolate. So disgusting!

Rude and unfriendly staff with the exception of one. Most mornings ( 9:00 am ) they have little or no selection of baked goods. Incredibly slow ! 18 min wait and got the order wrong !!
I'm writing this review while I'm stuck in the drive thru. It's been seriously 14 min and haven't moved an inch. The truck in front of me at the pickup window just left without getting his order.

Forgot my wallet this morning and didn't realize it until I had ordered, they were so kind to let me come back after lunch and pay for my coffee. This is why I continue to stop in every morning and get my coffee. Thanks Rob
Refused service for not wearing a mask even tho my face was covered, when I called Lou at 225 henry st to discuss this he was very cocky and rude, and his performance should be evaluated as an effective manager
I go here every morning some employees are respectful and they greet and thank. But there are few won’t greet and thank nor respond if we do. That’s disrespectful. ! Hope they work on that.
Very disappointed with the staff working this morning. I was driving a semi-truck, I stopped to get coffee but cashiers said, we can not serve you.
