So it was like 10 minutes ago we were hungry and we went to this tim hortons , it was a walk for like 20 minutes from where we are working, they told us that we can’t order bcoz we r not in a vehicle ? How does it made us feel and moreover our break got finished we still got nothing , this is not fair , they were free its not like there we so many cars there were nobody.
Fast friendly service. Very nice drive thru staff. Had small conversation with me. Made my day.
I will never return to this location. They mess up every time. I’ve stopped going in the past and try to give them another chance but they just keep messing up. Not impressed at all

They have gotten to rushed and never get the order right. Or they dont give you time to place an order as soon as you say Lrg DD is that everything. Your total is ect..... Very quick. Relax and take the order
The last month service has gone way down hill. Orders not being completed correctly, 5 min wait for a single coffee, and staff who just walk around aimlessly while people in line getting really frustrated. I will now find another Tim Hortons to go to.
Amy the supervisor is amazing someone ran into my wife's car in drive thru and Amy came out to help and make sure the driver did not take off she treated my wife with such kindness it is much appreciated.
Cost of products go up. Minimum wage goes up. Quality of food and coffee stays below par. Every Tim Hortons

Come on I'm Canadian and it Tim's I love there products drinks,food,etc. Always good place to stop before a road trip!
