Please note that every penny we spent matters.I have placed an order for Coffee and plain bagel on 7/13/2022 at 5.10 am and The items I received were not fresh. I could not eat the bagel, I had to microwave the coffee in order to drink.
I don't even want to give this Tim Hortons 1 star. I purchased a tea one day, couldn't drink it. Pretty sure it was warm tap water they put in the cup, I've never had such a bad experience at a Tim Hortons ordering a tea. I gave it another chance today, and I didn't get served my bagel. I had politely asked if it was missed as others were coming in and leaving with sandwiches etc. As I was still waiting. I eventually was given a bagel, but it wasn't toasted, and the girl just put a blob of cream cheese in the middle. 100% do not recommend this particular Tim Hortons.
Coffee was fresh and made properly. The service was the best I've had in a long time
Timmy's is the same but different from store to store. I enjoy their lattes and cappuccino but really wish they would offer a sugar free flavour. The store in Paris is my favourite because they make it foamy and full. I stopped at this location expecting no foam and only half half like all the other brantford tims. As I was waiting for my latte I heard one of the girls saying how nice it looked and asked the other girl how she did it.. she was so excited I said dont put the lid on I want to see... well... she had made a heart in the foam!!! I LOVED IT!!! THIS TIMMYS IS A GOOD ONE!!!
It took about 10 minutes for them to make me a tea and breakfast sandwich, there was only one person ahead of me. Not sure why drive thru is always most important. Made it well thou. Never gave me a second bag with my tea either.
Went through drive thru around 8pm and Owen was fantastic. The computer and debit system was not cooperating but he still had a smile on his face. He was also working by himself. He handled everything very professional.
Usually a clean bathroom. They are cool with truckers parking in the Lowe's parking lot and coming on for the restroom. Food is usually good and I have yet to get a wrong drink order from them.
Tim Hortons needs to put visible signs up when they are out of a product. Ice Caps. So many stores are out of them, but you don't know until you get to the order speaker and the person says, I'm sorry we are out of stock. Sometimes the line up is very long, and now you still have to wait for the line in front of you to clear before you can leave without your order
Quick and friendly. Good chicken wraps but don't sell them till late... sad.
was at drive through ordering, the person taking my order was chatting at the same time. had to repeat parts of my order twice as he didmy hear me. a regular medium. got home at least 3 sugars/ had to dump it
