Showed employee a fly on a donut and told her to get rid of that one, she just ignored me
I ordered a cheese melt with a hash brown in it . They gave me hash brown on the side of and gave me French vanilla instead of Mocha Latte . Ruined my lunch! Not happy with the service.
Definitely a Tim Hortons. Same fare as all the others. Though on 2 different visits I have ordered a Bagel Belt and open my bag to find a BLT sandwich. Hash browns were terrible, dry and slightly rubbery feeling. I'm usually on the highway by the time I open the bag but if I come back, I'll check my order before I leave.I don't frequent the area much except for picking up parts but I'll wait for a different coffee place next time.
The first time I got a turkey bacon club at Tim Hortons it was loaded lots of meat. Now for the same price you get too thin slices of turkey that don't even cover your bun and two tiny pieces of bacon how can they justify selling a sandwich that is loaded and then taking everything away. Then when you order extra bacon extra mayonnaise they always forget to put it on, they're so used to just reading the sandwich and making it that they don't even look to see what you want on it. It's very frustrating.
10 stars for the Best customer service ever!!One rating because it's Tim Hortons. They don't take unvaccnated children to camp anymore. Unfortunately I won't be back and I will no longer buy their products.

I ordered first and then 4 people walk in the store after me and order. They ALL got their food before i got my food even though i had ordered first.
Constantly messing up orders and telling the customer they're in the wrong and it's their fault when they could just fix things and everyone be happy.
I've ordered here on skip and Uber many times. They can't ever seen to get the orders right even when you leave specific instructions. Ordered a medium ice cap, they put in a small. Got an everything bagel toasted they threw in a plain, uncut, unbuttered bagel. Uber isn't any help correcting the issue. Do not order from here if you want things correct.
