Apparently it's more important to laugh and joke with your peers then clean dining room tables or refill napkin holders. Terrible customer service. I was in the store at 545 pm.
I place my mobile orders here and there’s never any issues. Anytime they don’t have something from my order they’re always super sweet and apologetic almost like their afraid of me. Very appreciative of their service. Other people need to be more understanding to service people and that coffee and donuts are not the end of the world.
I visited this location yesterday and there were 8 employees behind the counter. It was a busy Saturday lunchtime crowd. One male employee was standing doing nothing and yawning! The others moved at a pace slower than a turtle! The customer before me was waiting for a very long time for his order and when he asked they rudely said it was coming. No sense of urgency whatsoever! He finally got his order and had to fly out. After waiting for a similarly long time I asked the girl mopping if she could check the status of our bagel. The girl slowly making the sandwiches rudely told her it was coming. Watching this slow motion atmosphere of workers made my blood boil!!! Where is the customer service from past days? Where is the customer courtesy from past days? GONE!!! The world is going downhill fast and no one seems to care! It’s so sad!! The epilogue to my rant is that after asking twice i finally got my single order of a bagel!!! With no apology for rude and lengthy service! I am now thinking I’ll never go to another Tim Hortons again! Maybe it’s true that Starbucks is taking over! At least there I receive a friendly greeting, an apology if the service is slow and a ‘have a nice day!’ Tim Horton, I’m sure is turning in his grave watching his pride business going down the drain!!
There is a dirty trend with Tim Hortons, not cleaning tables between customers!! That includes this restaurant. Also I long for the day when I can buy a Gluten Free sandwich. On a good note, thanks Timmy for providing almond mild!!
Ordered a curbside order. Waited 20 minutes so I went inside to see what was up and I stood there at the front counter for like 5 minutes before someone finally helped me. They had to reprint my order and made my tea and got my donut but never passed along to the food person that I needed a wrap made so they were just standing there putting away cheese.
Stopped in at this location and service was amazing! My drinks were prepared by a young lady Carly and she was extremely nice and so polite! Had a smile on the whole time and had such positive energy! Definitely made a great start to my day! She prepared my order very quick and everything was correct :)
Whats the point of mobile order if they wait till your there waiting in the mobile order spot to make your order?Nope not cause they are busy ots happens all the time, and today not one person was on line or waiting for their order, I come in 5 mins after I order on mobile app and have to ask who is making the mobile orders.. now the customers are doing the managers job too!!
Drive through line was super long. Normally I know thats not the locations fault, however we went inside to order which took longer than usual By then the drive through had only moved a couple cars. What we bought was good
The young men who work here always mess up the order at least once and when you try to fix it they become rude and impatient. I only have issues like this when I use drive thru and when it’s the teenage boys the young ladies are usually amazing
Service was painfully slow, though my order was correct and the guy at the window was quite fun and friendly.I was in line and it took 20 min to process 5 vehicles.
