Avoid this location go to another location if possible bc they always screw up the orders and always run out of main products even early in the morning SMH, who runs out of hashbrowns at 8am and why would they serve completely burnt bagels to customers? Not to mention drive thru is super extremely slow!!!

I go to this Tim Hortons every morning, and every morning the staff treats myself and my sister with kindness. They always say good morning and have a smile on their face, even when it's a busy day or the weather is miserable. Thank you to all the workers for following Covid-19 protocols and doing their best to keep the community safe, we appreciate it!!

Horrible attitude on the employees, clearly have no respect for the paying customers or their money, maybe day staff might be more pleasant but the 3 evening workers 2 guys and a girl just horrible. Also teach them to speak English not slang

I always had the best experience. People who are complaining about small things should also understand that its a very busy place, they're doing their best despite working hard in fast paced environment.

I ordered an extra large steep tea today through the drive thru, and when I got home to enjoy my tea I noticed it was double cupped! So I pulled the cups apart and they had put a large cup inside of an extra large cup and charged me for an extra large! I honestly thought how extremely sneaky this move was! I called to speak to a manager but they aren't in until tomorrow morning! I'll be calling back! Watch if your double cupped!

If you visit here, do drive through. Take out is consistently hopeless. If you go in to pick up an online order it is as if you are from another planet..It completely confuses them!

This location does a good job getting through a long drive through line quickly. Inside is rarely busy. This location recently stopped it's mobile ordering service

Lady at the window rudely said we couldn’t scan our rewards cards for 2 orders, when we always do at other Tim Hortons restaurants (this one included), not sure how it’s different now. The lady who took our order was rude as well. Not sure if it was the same person but all in all, not a good experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Literally ordered a mobile pick up and had to wait in line to ask for it. My order was paid for and ordered 35 mins before I got it. Literally got up to the till and asked for my mobile order. Buddy with no name tag gave me a dirty look and picked up the order from his till which he hadn't even touched or noticed for that matter.Hack.Called to complain. There was no manager to speak to. Told to call tomorrow.Hack.My order is also incorrect.I understand that they were busy. But that's a gong show.

I currently work at this location and it a very toxic work environment. The Mangers Tina & Dagmara are verbally abusive to the staff. They constantly yell and scream at staff members very single day. Staff members have left crying and literally breaking down, but they don’t care. Ever since we lost our GM, they store has gone downhill. The DM has been informed about the verbal abuse but they don’t do anything. The next step a couple staff members will be taking will be to go the Labour board. Honestly, the worst work place environment!
