Generally a good experience. The concept of the drive thru taking first place is rather tiresome though. It wasn't busy, but we were waiting quite a long time inside for simple items while drive thru customers got their stuff quickly. We aren't at Tim's much, but we will just go to the drive thru from now on.
Service is always good at this location, quick and friendly.
Today I have chemotherapy and radiation. I have not felt too great so we stopped at this time Hortons to grab food before driving to Juravinski. My bf and I were so happy with our food. It was very warm and perfectly made. Thank you for adding something positive to an otherwise crumby day.
This Tim Hortons is the worse one I ever been to in my entire life! Food not cooked and the staff are not very professional at there job when all you need is a grade 3 to work there. Get it together people like really!

Yesterday ordered an extra large coffee with two milk, received it with sugar(it happens)Today ordered breakfast sandwiches and a farmer's wrap, they did not have eggs to make the sandwiches (6:20 am)Losing faith in this store....
Lack of customer service
The happiest and friendliest staff I have seen in quite some time. Especially in these times. Very clean location. Excellent service!
