I work nights so I stop there it’s late, 10:15 to be exact I order the same thing every night dark roast medium with espresso shot and 1 1/2 cream !!!!! And I always repeat myself can you make sure there’s 1 1/2 cream , they yup ok AND THEY STILL NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT , I could understand if there was a huge line up but I’m the only customer there , this shouldn’t be that hard …… this happens 5 nights a week !!!!! Next time I’ll just say surprise meLet me say that happened tonight as well my cost me 3$ I enjoy my coffee especially when I work nights 5 days a week ! Terrible service
Really bad service. I just got a coffee from the drive through I mentioned 3 times that I need a large coffee with my breakfast combo. I paid 9$ just for egg and cheese and the guy in the drive through asked me that I need to pay extra for large coffee.
Worst service ever they literally looked at us standing at the counter for 5 minutes

After taking miserably long to get my sandwich, a burnt-out bread is what I got.
This Tim Hortons is the best around, the coffee always taste the same and is always good. ☕️
I'll take a Dutchie, or hot apple cider, or a raisin bran muffin...
Coffee order was wrong, and they gave me 2 donuts instead of 2 timbits. Not impressed. ?
The worst Tim’s of them all! Doesn’t matter what shift, every person is miserable and incapable of making a cup of tea. They lack customer service and they rip u off. I order a large and I’m lucky if I get a medium worth every time. This place has now made me stop going to Tim’s forever
Terrible service. Slow beyond reason. You've got one job; make coffee. Why this franchise location is still open is a mystery. Store closed at 7:30 pm on a Friday. Not returning
