The drinks they made are always different..do not follow any proper standard. The Biebs brew drink wasn't at all like the advertised picture.

Avoid buying your coffee here at this location, the service is horrible after I places my order they puddled around looking for something 10 min later they realized that they didn't have enough cold brew to make my coffee, they finished the rest of my order I asked for a refund on my cold brew the response was I can't right now too many people in line waiting........please...this place needs a review immediately it's very dirty and disorganized all the employees walking around looking for equipment..
I don't know what is happening in this place! Do they really care about customer service? The worst service I have ever got..one of the crew member was so much fustrated when I asked him to change the lid of my tea when he himself spilled tea all over the cap! Respect customers, atleast the ones who are respectful to you! Very disappointing!!!

I order a coffee and two donuts earlier. One Villina and honey dipped and they have me two homey dipped. Then messes up my coffee I said 3 milk 4 sugar and they did triple triple with milk.. seriously horrible Tim's ever.. should have gone to the one across from the civic Center
Ordered 2 simply sausage biscuits because I don't eat egg. Received 2 biscuits with ONLY egg and had no sausage. What a joke
If I could give you 0 Stars I would. I waited in line tonight for half an hour both girls working ignored everybody standing in line I just wanted a muffin so I finally got fed up and went down to the one on Market Street was in and out of their doors in less than 2 minutes what a joke.
Been there through alot of my all night escapades when I need a cup of caffeine or liquid sugar to keep me going. The 24 hour go to if you ask me. And the staff are usually super nice.
