Staff very friendly and polite but my food order was not right which I didn't notice until after I got home.
I mean it's not Tim's fault they dropped this franchise off in the FreshCo plaza that acts like the taint between Eagle place and downtown. It IS his fault he left poor Timmy their though..busy place. More than a random chance your order is correct during rush hour. Star. Uber nice and this is more about the gauntlet that is the drive through littered with the debris that's blown down onto us here in the lowlands by Shallow Creek.
Slowest drive thru everytime and going inside isn't any better. I don't mind waiting but when it's 15mins that is just a little much. They also don't have half the menu items in stock. And watch when you order off the app and redeem an "offer" they always have an excuse and don't give you the offer and make you pay full price.This place needs some organization. ??

The staff here is great and all but it's probably one of the slowest drive thrus in Brantford. I easily usually spend 10+ mins here, but not sure how they can improve
This location used to be my go to. Nowadays it smells like dirty laundry and urine mixed with B.O.Service is horrendously slow. It took them 25 minutes to make a medium coffee and a bagelwhile ordering from the counter. When they finally finished the bagel they gave it to a different customer. I asked for my money back because I didn't have another 25 minutes to waste. The poorly mannered employee told me I would have to wait. After another 5 minutes she finally gave me $1.50 instead of the $3.00 they charged me. I protested until she finally threw a loonie at me.
The dirtiest tim hortons....., wait...., the dirtiest store in Brantford. Trash everywhere, every day. I’ve seen the same garbage there for weeks. I guess it’s time to get the city involved because it’s disgusting. Why would you ever eat at a place like that. If they can’t manage to clean outside, just imagine how they clean inside. Shame on whoever works there. There is no excuses. Time to lean IS TIME TO CLEAN!
Every time I order something other that coffee, they never have it. Don’t do mobile order at this place. And when i asked for a refund they told me to do it through the app. I never got refund. Refund process sucks.
They rarely have certain foods in stock anymore. My common-law ordered a 4 cheese bagel BELT and didn't check or tell him until AFTER he payed that there was no 4 cheese left and gave him a lower costing bagel without refunding the difference. They are stingy on the cream cheese. I don't think they train their new people properly because I had to repeat myself multiple times and the cashier looked as if they had no idea what to do. I do not blame the cashier, I blame whoever does the training. All of these happened on different occasions. Not coming here again. This used to be a well stocked Tims.
I'll give this place 2 stars because a lot of there employees don't know what they are doing. I'll give the food and drink a 5 star.
