Much improved food and service at Swiss Chalet Brantford! This was our second visit after a long hiatus due to previous disappointment but these last two times were excellent! Absolutely no complaints. Today we were in for lunch and Terrie was our server. She took great care of us and was really friendly. For us, the service is as important as the food, so Terrie’s efficient and attentive efforts really made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. My husband tried the crispy wings and they were fantastic. We will be back!
Went for Dinner tonight with the Grandparents(7 of us total). It's one of their favorite places to go! Dinner was excellent! Our server Joe was VERY Friendly and Attentive!! Loved his energy and personality.. the fact that he got my kids to speak to him and answer his questions is a HUGE bonus! So kudos to him!! Guy definitely knows what he's doing! We enjoyed our birthday dinner and he even made sure we got any discounts that were available!! If you go to this location hopefully you get Joe as your server!

My son and I enjoy going to Swiss Chalet. Our food order is always quick and hot to the table. Plenty of value for your buck. Lots of options on their kids menu which my son enjoys. Always friendly service! Joe G is exceptionally friendly and goes above and beyond.
The best family restaurant! I would recommend this location to everyone. Each and every staff member as well as the owners are so kind and friendly. Joe is a fun server, who always ensures to go above and beyond! I always see him communicating with each and every guest even when he is busy. Had a relaxing lunch today. It was good to be mask free and see smiling customers all round socializing and enjoying a meal. Joseph 'Joe' was my server today. The food was great as well as the service. Joe was very personable and attentive and helped me with my menu choice. I recommend this Swiss Chalet

Tonight Swiss Chalet donated quarter chicken dinners to our youth at Cornerstone House and other programs at St Leonard's. All the service users were so appreciative of the meals! The food was packaged beautifully and it was obvious that care was taken. It was so lovely to see a business to give back to the community and take an interest supporting people in need.
