Today i went subway for food. I did the order as usual i do. But she was so rude with me and saying you have to tell this before. Customers can customize their orders. I always do my order like this. If she wants to tell me, there is a way to say something. She don’t know how to behave with customers. Or may be She thought i am student here , I don’t know why people are so rude with the people of their own community. I found it so stupid. Guest satisfaction will be there first priority doesn’t matter who that person is. I will never ever go there again. Previous staff is so good and friendly. That’s why i like to visit this place.

Just left there and the one lady was so rude right from the beginning. From rudly asking what we wanted and then walking away to not even listening to our answer. And then when we had a coupon and didnt realize it was expired she was extremely rude. If i could i would rate this place a zero. Customer service here is none existant and was better with previous owner. Do not go here

Clean, spacious, hygienic, prompt and friendly service. Pritek zaberi is too customer friendly. Should be promoted soon to a higher position.Good food.

The worst location I've ever been to. One man in particular, extremely rude , wearing gloves and touching his face and mask, then food , then the cash register, then food again, all with the same, dirty & half melted gloves. Disgusting! Oh and the part where I asked for a pick up order and was told another 20mins as he hasn't even started my order yet as there was "paying customers to serve." (Already 5mins past pick up time for my order) lost a regular PAYING customer.

They never keep vegie patties. Also they were out of sanitizer when I visited today. So people were using fountain without sanitizing hands. Thanks

They are lazy I went there 15 minutes after they are open and buddy still had the doors locked and refused to serve me , not a fan of these guys , food isn’t bad when they are actually open

Server had an attitude the minute I walked in. I ordered 2 foot longs and while he was preparing the bacon for the second sandwich I asked to add bacon to the first. He immediately became insolent and said this was the third time I've asked to change something on a sandwich.I have never asked one of their staff to do that, not sure if the mask made him think I was someone else. Regardless his tone was extremely condescending and rude so I said thank you and have a good day.I guess they are too big to notice the loss of a 2 time a week customer. But I will not be going back. I could walk here, but I'll jump in my car and drive the 3mins to the next one.

I am not writing any different from most of the people wrote. Worst customer service I ever faced in Canada since last 6 years. Server doesn’t know the word customer service. He was very rude and deciding him self how much I can have. So, I thought it’s free that’s why he is arguing so much for anything I ask to add more because he was adding barely any veggies. Guess what I had to pay for that too, Lol. Bought so called veggie footlong but end result was mainly bread and drops of sauce. I don’t understand Google’s rating where Service like these doesn’t deserve any star, still get away with 1 star.

One specific employee at this locations CONSTANTLY avoids wearing his mask.Today I witnessed him come up to the cash to help the girl who was serving me, he coughed in his hands and then proceeded to handle food in the back without washing his hands.They have not been following protocols for months now as this gentleman is the same one who I've seen with no mask on time and time again.Terrible.

The food is always good but the people and the place is so slow. I was there for half an hour while the lady was making my food and my partners food.Personally I don’t think it should take that long to make our food, especially if they were 1 sandwich and 2 wraps.
