This is the second time I come here in one week and I come 1 hour before closing and they have ALREADY shut down the toaster, if your not gonna have a toaster at a sandwich store you might aswell not be opened, my entire family wanted to eat both times so that’s 200$ lost in revenue and probably forever if I come 1 more time and the toaster is off anytime before 10 mins before closing. If you are not willing to work late do not open late, they close down the toaster so they can clean it and leave early. I was gonna order 5 sandwiches and I literally saw a group of 3 people and another couple that’s 5 more people leave because of the toaster, imagine the revenue lost because of lazy workers.. no one is going to spend money to eat cold untoasted sandwiches .. negative stars if I can since this isn’t the first time I leave disappointed because of the same issue
Went in last night and ordered staff tried to rip us off 2 cookies then had my 16y old argue with them about it dose it not say when you make it a combo you get 2 cookies or a bag of chips. Need to do better with staff
This is a review for their catering services as oppose to the quality of the food.NEVER use the on-line portal for this particular store. IT WON'T BE READY. It's not great when you order 4 trays of sandwiches, days before the date, pay via on-line and find out when you go to pick it up they never got the order. I thought the employee was going to faint then I handed them a print out of our order...For all on-line orders, confirm either an in person visit or a phone call. I found that they never picked up their phone... so in-person confirmation is best. I know, kinda defeats the convenience of ordering on-line.Due to the fact that they had to rush the order... the quality of the sandwiches suffered.
Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in a Subway. Ordered our food, desperately had to use the washroom. Despite them having two washrooms they would not allow me to use the second washroom (another customer was in the first and taking 15+ minutes). I just had to pee. Having previously worked in customer service I would have definitely allowed a customer to quickly run use the bathroom in an emergency situation. I do not understand this logic. I asked them and actually almost begged as I had to go so badly and they just told me that they wouldn’t let me use the other washroom because it is for employees (even though it is not labeled as such and is in the public area). I had to leave and go to a different restaurant to use the bathroom even though I was a customer of subway. Ridiculous, I would have been in and out of the washroom in 2 mins and it was unoccupied.
Worst experience ever. Simran don’t know how to treat costumers. She was way too rude. Please teach her how to deal with customers if you guys really want someone to visit again.
Best Subway in town. Great staff, food and service.We drive quite a distance to go to this one, rather than the one by our house. The one closer to us tastes like the sauces are watered down, so this one is our go-to.
Rude staff and guy at the front counter had problem of me using restroom. If you guys have problem and want to interfere in people's privacy by staring at them i felt very uncomfortable like i can't even use restroom in peace, I guess you should say no before allowing us to use washroom. I forgot my phone inside and went to take and told me that "do not come again" you need not to be rude, you could have said in good manners also if you have problems about people using washroom then please say it at first there are many places where we can use emergency restrooms.Shame on you Subway.
Subways subs are by far my favorite fast food choice out of any other. You can either have the most unhealthy food possible or the healthiest and can make your sub any way you want it. Absolute delicious. Would recommend.
Ordered 2 subs today and both had very hard stale bread. The same with their cookies.Not happy at all.
the closing time supposed to be 2am but went there and didn't open door at 1:18am.
