Great pizza but things are constantly changing. It used to be $5 medium pizza walk in special, now they’ve raised the price understandably, but if you order a medium pizza during “rush hour” it’s more money. Pizza isn’t always fully cut, and they charge a service fee to use the debit machine which is I think $1.50. Again, pizza is great but don’t expect outstanding service when you go here. Staff turnover is high.
Disrespectful people work here. Worst customer service ever. Period. They talk about how "you need to give respect to earn it" when they messed up your order over miscommunication. That's they're fault. Isn't the customer always right? Not at this place. Complete waste of time and money dealing with employees that work at Stromboli's. The owner will not refund you "your money" for the order if they mess up. You have to beg for them to even hear you out, because they're never wrong. If you intend on giving them your hard earned cash just know that your risking it all each time you place an order at this place.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. My party pizza advertised at 39.50 came to 48.00 and we never received our bread..and the pizza was not great , the wings were tolerable. Sorry, Stromboli's, you don't get my business. I didn't call about the missing bread because once I tasted the pizza, I didn't want it.
When my order came there were 2 people in the car which was strange. The food was bad, I was charged considerably more than what it said on the website, and the driver confirmed my order was complete in the bag they handed me but a whole item was missing. This place needs to put more effort into getting orders right and less into trying to defend yourselves on google reviews. If you are looking for a local place get something else.
We have ordered from you many times in the past. Confident in the ordering and delivery process. This was different. We ordered our usual with pep, mush, back, green old, and hot peppers on half.We got the first 3 items ok, g olive on 1/2 & NO HP AT ALL. Ok so we call back. Your phone answerer was absolutely ridiculous. Saying we ordered 1/2 green olives and did not order hot peppers. Not knowing we order the same items EVERY TIME we order pizza.35 YEARS now, mostly from Maria's until the fire. Then we switched to you folks. Because of your response on the phone, we are switching back. 1 customer NEVER coming back. Have a nice dinner on mother's day, because you folks messed up ours.Great response. Thanks.
If 0 stars was an option that's what this place would get, ordered a new York square with pineapple on the pizza and half with onion, extra cheese and extra sauce, no onion on the other half, barely normal sauce, called to complain and had to send more pictures than I have on my Instagram, angles, lighting etc it was ridiculous, for paying $42 for this trash and getting harrassed like we were the problem just save your money, will never order again, pics will say it all
So disappointed with my recent order! The menu said the pizza was $28 but after delivery & taxes & a small tip it came to $45!!! When I placed the order they failed to tell me delivery was $8.50! Although they mentioned it could be an hour the pizza was barely warm and not very good. In the past this pizza was always fantastic……weird encounter with the delivery driver too. Instead of just knocking on the screen door, she opened it and tried to reach in to knock on the main door (which was left open quite wide) I actually asked her if she had just walked right in my house?!I get that we no longer require masks, but with needed to be so close to pay for & receive my pizza I put a mask on to protect myself. I don’t know that I’ll order again. Maybe it will taste better if I heat it myself……
I always order from Strombolis...absolutely love the Brick oven sauce. I always get the NY square. However, the prices are becoming ridiculous. $60 for a pizza. We could have gone to a sit in restaurant for a real meal for that price. I get that "inflation" is causing prices to go up, but come on its pizza. $60 for 1 pizza is crazy. As much as I absolutely love this place it will be reserved for special occasions, no longer a weekly treat and a night off from cooking.Response- No the price was not given to me at time of order. Like I said I order usually 1x wk and its usually $46. U r extremely rude in ur response. I can find pizza somewhere else. I was complimentary just not happy with the price. Now I'm not happy with ur rudeness
I just tried strombolis for the very first time and I asked specifically for stromboli sauce on it. I absolutely enjoyed the pizza and I didn't feel lethargic after eating it. I also found the prices are very good and the staff are very friendly prompt and helpful. They are definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the restaurant appears to be clean from my perspective. There is ample parking and they have debit and credit card services.
