During the week this store is spot on, but on the weekends my cinnamon dolce latte is a cappuccino, dashed with cinnamon, or I'm not sure what, and this happens almost every weekend.$7.46 it should be made correctly like it is during the week. I understand training and mistakes happen but Ive given up calling in, most times im just informing them so others don't get upset, because during the week i love the staff and my drinks, but it falls on deaf ears for the Saturday and Sunday staff.
I’ve nevertheless been to Starbucks. I have seen their prices. I can not afford that. Eeeeesh. I’m sure the share holders enjoy their islands, super yachts and private planes.
Good location, decent ouny of seating, I went on a slow Saturday night, which was a bit surprising.sl Service and Coffee were both good.
The team was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean. The music was too loud.
i ordered 4 medium drinks and 2 small and they charged me for those prices and gave me all small drinks. when i tried to call them and tell them i got hung up on and i called back and the lady was snappy and rude.
I personally think this is the best Starbucks location in Brantford, the people who work here are very friendly and always make great drinks. Even got a little note written on my cup when they ask how my day was and I said it would be better if you still had pumpkin cream cold brew ?
First time going to Starbucks how did dragon fruit drink absolutely delicious expensive but delicious what recommends did everybody have to try it at least once
I don't know what happened with this location over the last couple months. They used to be the best in the area, now they're the worst. Some of the baristas seem to be actively refusing to read the labels, and I have to get drinks remade almost every time I visit. I've complained to corporate a few times but nothing has changed.
